Ordered last Monday, dispatched on Wednesday 24 hour tracked delivered today.

The herbalist tea rooms serve some of the finest herbal teas that I definitely can’t seem to find in any supermarket here in the UK. After a couple of recent orders I’ve been very impressed with their selection; happy with the price, which is actually fairly good considering the convenience and level of service. It’s around a third more than what I’d normally pay. Some of their strains of tea have really helped me into the day, and into bed again at the end of the day, so I’m very happy about that, especially as someone who experiences a lot of daily migraine pain and insomnia. I also have epilepsy and have found that one of the stronger teas actually stopped a seizure in its tracks. Nothing has ever been able to do that before, not once the seizure has started. Sign of a good quality tea!!

Always go for next day delivery. I did have an issue with post on my first order but was more than reimbursed with extra weight on my next order after I mentioned the issue, so all in all, very happy with the service and I’m sure I’ll be back to restock and to try out some new strains in the future… Thank you HTR.. Ooh look, time for a brew. Best get kettle on! :)

If I had to say anything negative, my last order I paid £7.50 for special delivery due to the postal strikes, but it wasn't posted special delivery, they only posted royal mail 24 at the cost of £3.36 which caused a delay on my order.

I just received my first order . The sweets are a perfect strength for a pack of 30 hard sweets . 4 is a good amount for me. Iv yet to try the oil . With the discreetness of the delivery and everything well packaged its a game changer for me and iv tipped because of this .I'm now waiting for my cali weed and hash 🙂 Thanks it's a great service so far.
