Original order shipped very quickly
Original order shipped very quickly, I’d forgot to add my discount code and the customer service was top notch and added it for me afterwards. Unfortunately I had a lazy Evri courier that couldn’t be bothered to walk up 4 steps to my house and left it on a wall which then was never seen again.
I informed Hera CS and they quickly resolved the issue with Evri and have since sent replacement order to me. I just hope the courier hasn’t had a hard day and can manage to make his way to my front door

Quality of the products is great
Quality of the products is great, unfortunately I had to return the joggers I bought since they were far too long for me. Would love if they introduced different length options for their bottoms. Returns process was simple.

Great clothing, bought a pair of jeans on the Black Friday sale as well which was great. The quality is amazing and they do longer leg trousers which is rare to find nowadays.

I found this brand while searching for…curvy jeans
I found this brand while searching for jeans with a smaller waist/more curvy shape (fed up with gaping waists and hitching up). Bought the wide leg jeans (size 12) and have nearly lived in them since - they feel amazing. Ordered the straight leg and mom jeans next. Had to send a pair of mom jeans back because the waist size didn’t match the others, but the customer service both times was refreshingly good - polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. Returns were accepted and replacements sent quickly with Royal Mail - always prefer them.
Definitely recommend these jeans and company.

The Company was very efficient and helpful. I ordered some clothing which was the wrong size. My mistake and I mislaid the refund voucher issued. They tracked back the order without delay and immediately sent a substitute voucher all within 36 hours. I was kept fully advised. I do not know many companies that would have been interested in tracking down the credit so promptly.

Customer services (Zoe) at HERA have been brilliant. Unfortunately my son's parcel with Evri went missing and they were so helpful in sorting it out and organising a replacement to be sent out to him. My son loves their clothes. Overpriced, poor quality clothing!
Ordered some tech pants in grey the quality was so poor that the button come off in my hands the moment I unpacked the order. To make matter worse I am still waiting for my refund. Over priced cheap clothing would never buy from you again.
