Stayed at 88 Heol Senni, Bettws
Stayed at the airbnb at number 88, Heol Senni, Bettws, Newport, NP207GH, on 4 separate occasions. Nice modern detached house that was only built in the last couple of years. Originally, it was a four-bedroom house, but it's been converted to 5 bedrooms. Not a bad size, though a little cramped in some of the rooms. Though it has 3 bathrooms, only one of them has a shower. Back garden is fairly large with a flat lawn, however, it hasn't been landscaped and the patio area is extremely small.
Location is good, and is only a short drive to the M4 motorway and Newport city centre. The Bettws area is a little on the rough side and the shopping centre looks like it's from the prehistoric ages. Only major downside is the house next door, which has 2 dogs that occasionally bark, and noisy kids playing in the garden with loud music. The neighbour also has multiple CCTV cameras pointing in various directions, including at number 88. So, be careful as your privacy will be violated.
