I have been a victim of faux chinese watch sellers, however I did receive my AP Green khaki Offshore as promised. Having said that, I used my jewelry ultrasonic cleaner and it flooded. It took 2 weeks of sun to finally get rid of the water in the watch.

I am writing to report a serious fraud. I have been waiting for a long time and never received anything. The seller only sent videos instead of the actual product. I requested a cancellation before leaving China, but my request was never processed. I cannot believe I fell for this fraud.
I have formally requested a refund and filed a complaint with PayPal Luxembourg. They will provide me with all the information about the company, as I intend to report this matter to the police.

Absolutly crap.Stop selling anything.NOT recommended.Baught a ap bumblee bee for my friend.So bad,i have to take it back.watch not worth 20 dollar.Never again..

One star is one star too much. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Goods are garbage!!!!
DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED…..

Scam. First, they inform you that the item is of poor quality and then offer you another as replacement. Later they send you a tracking number that doesn’t match with usual DHL tracking number and after 45 days asking for a delivery date they blame on DHL for losing the item and ask you 200$ for another shipment or buy another item at their webpage.

A complete SCAM! They will offer high quality watches for a reasonable price and then offer to upgrade your watch for a price. After waiting weeks to get your upgraded watch, they then claim the watch has been stopped at customs and you cannot receive your purchase. Their solution, buy another watch…WTF!

One star is to much. Don’t buy anything with the Chinees fraud company. Bought a watch, they delivered a watch total different from the one they advertise with. Return policy is also one of there tricks. Send the watch back to the adress they give me. But they refussed the parcel and it came back. So spend more money at this fraud company and ending with notting.

Watch arrived, its nothing but JUNK.

I ordered on the 27th of May a wristwatch. A confirmation arrived by E-Mail immediately. Then I got an E-Mail which told me to confirm my mailing address. which I did.

On the 28th of May I asked about a delivery date. No answer. I asked again by E-Mail.
On the 2nd of June I received an E-Mail saying: "Okay, thanks for the confirmation.
The watch you purchased is 7A grade, of excellent quality, meets the needs of the public, and is one of our bestsellers. We currently work with a factory that uses genuine Swiss movements and can supply watches of the highest 12A grade. Are you interested?"

I answered, that I am not interested. Then I got an E-Mail sayung: "The factory replied that production was still ongoing.".

After this I did not hear a word back and told them: Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your reply. Since you are unable to deliver the watch I ordered and cannot provide a delivery date, I will request a refund of the money I have already transferred to you via PayPal.
I will also have to inform Facebook about this incident.
I am very disappointed."

PayPal will reimburse me after I contacted them today.
I think this Companies behaviour is bad.

They deliver the wrong wacht and their mentioned customer service doesn’t respond at all on (today) my 4th email complain.

I ordered a watch from Henwinto and immediately after paying I received a chat indicating that I could “upgrade” my purchase for a better watch with all the functions I thought I bought. When I told them the watch I bought had the functions they said no that eventough they were advertised I would get a lower version unless I paid 500 usd more!!

Good day. I ordered a beautiful women's watch. I received something different from what I ordered and in a broken box instead. What we'll do with it?

If I could avoid leaving any stars I would. I order a lawnmower and paid through PayPal. When I returned to the site it said it had not been paid soI returned to PayPal to pay the invoice. Checking my PayPal account I saw I was charged twice under two different names. I received an email from Henwinto thank game for my order. I replied immediately asking then to refunded me of the invoice without success. I contacted PayPal and received my refund. I later contacted Henwinto asking for a tracker no to trac my lawnmower. I was given many excuses why my purchase was not yet in transport so I asked for a refund. Each email requesting a refund was answered with more excuses.Again I sought help from PayPal and was advised the same day that my refund will be back onto my account in a few days.The help from PayPal has been amazing I would give them ten stars if I could.

We ordered a 'Names of Christ' ornament set from Willow Tree and, unfortunately 4 of the 24 ornaments were damaged on arrival.
When we emailed, with photos, to ask for replacements we got a reply from service @henwinto.com (ChenWin) asking for more information. No matter how many replies we send they still ask for more information and never move the issue forward.
I would never buy from these people again.
