I called on 31st January 2024 at 09.52am, and someone called me back from the number ending with 3486 and arranged the appointment for 5th February for a survey between 12-1pm. No one show up at all, no communication at all for any cancellation etc, wasted my time waiting a week for an appointment. If you're not interested in taking clients, or if you have too much work on then dont bother wasting peoples time.

29/2/24 - Update to response; if the director has time to get in touch that means that the firm isn't busy. Also YOU tried to dispute the review twice but failed as I provided all the info to TrustPilot.

We had Henson alarm our apartment in London for us, we feel much more secure with the monitoring and guard service

Had an alarm system and two cameras installed. One of the cameras stopped working and I was told it would be replaced. I have contacted Henson’s 5 times now. I have been ignored and I am still waiting for my camera to be replaced. Very frustrating.

Henson came out and repaired our access control system to our offices, they were professional and translated the problem into something I could understand without being overly complicated.

Callum from Henson Security recently fixed an old burglar alarm system in my home. The service provided was very professional. He was quick to respond to my enquiry and identified and fixed the issue very quickly. All this at a reasonable cost.

We had our Henson’s alarm installed last year, they came in and conducted a security survey and installed the system a few days later. I’d had quotes from others but found Henson’s to be the most straight forward and explanative of the options available. We went for the app system that is a great added feature and we’ve used it a lot.

Hensons provides a great alarm facility and camera system highly recommended and great customer service.

Our old house alarm had stopped working and was constantly going off. The service from Henson Security was second to none. The response was immediate. They identified the problem immediately and replaced the worn out parts with modern equivalence and left no mess. They also carried out a full service. I have nothing but praise for the team.

Would definitely recommend Henson Security. Professional, quick to respond and so helpful. The engineer came up with a solution to hide the exposed cables which other providers hasn’t suggested in comparison.

Used them to install an alarm system after our holiday house was burgled. They installed it quickly when no many companies were not installing because of COVID. Respected the house and came in protective gear. Not pleased about being burgled but pleased with the end result.

We were recommend by a colleague. We would also recommend them. The system we had installed is simple to use and the app is handy if I forget to set the alarm and have already gone out. Sales process was very easy going and all of the options were explained simply.

Callum came round to see us very quickly following our initial enquiry and gave a very clear explanation of the options available to us. We've now had the alarm system for a year, and have been very happy with both the system and with Callum's response whenever we've contacted him.

We had our alarm fitted by Callum the other day, we are really pleased with the system, it’s smart looking and being wireless left no ugly wires, the power cable was hidden in the wall and it’s really easy to use.
