I have ordered a few times already
I have ordered a few times already, im pleased with quality. sometimes. i happened to have some tiny bit inside which was disturbing but last time it was perfect. delivery always on time.

Good henna easy to use
There was some henna in the box as if one had leaked but I can’t tell which one has but I had a simple design I only let dry for an hour and it has lasted a week so if you let it dry for 24 hours it will last a long time

Delivery time was as forecast
Delivery time was as forecast. Product packaging was shabby with worn corners, not ideal for gifting. Manufacturer and Use by dates indicated mid life organic content, indicating old stock. Not used product yet to comment.

I accidentally set the wrong delivery address, and wrote them an email to attempt correcting it or cancelling the order. They did not respond at all, and there was no other way to amend it.
