The product are of a ver high quality. I've been tryning different stores and this one by fas has the best quality in CBD oil. My sister is very happy with it. At the beginning there were some issues with the delivery to Barcelona, Spain. But Luke Stone from customer service helped me out and now everything is ok. Definetely recommended.

I first bought the sleep well box set while I was in York, really helpful sales person, gave me helpful information, let me try a little as I was worried about the taste. I bought the box set as a trial run. I have to say, it’s helped restore my sleep. I have slept poorly for years, menopause destroyed good sleep. I woke up frequently and at times took a long time to get back to sleep. I have used the sleep well product for a month and my sleeping has certainly improved on the smallest dose. I am walking up less, no hang over feeling in the morning. I have just purchased a larger bottle. Slight hitch with the website, my fault, which was quickly resolved, with great customer service, keeping me up to date.

I've not actually ordered yet but I do want to ask.. how come you guys never answer the phone?. I've had food response for email but not the phone number you provided.. I want to buy some Matcha.

I have many health conditions and after been recommended to use cbd by my Rheumatologist we started looking. I've tried a few companies and tbh all are awful. Either no customer support, awful taste, confusing information. I finally came across hempwell and decided to call first. The help I recieved was above and beyond helpful. I decided on the advise to try the oil. I went for mix berry initially which for me tasted of nothing but weed. I contacted them again and again felt like one of the family changing my order to the peppermint. This one is great and I will carry on with it. It's helping with pain, anxiety and sleep.

Never received the product

Bought and sent a bottle of CBD oil from UK to Australia, it's pending in the custom of Australia, never received it. You need to have a prescription to get CBD oil in Australia, what they said in the website is a false claim

I have to tell everyone about this awesome product, it's the high strength 2000mg Deep Relief cream, it's an absolute game changer, I have had arthritis since I was a child and it's pretty much everywhere, I previously used the lower strength stuff from HempWell and although it's good it wasn't good enough for the arthritis in my spine and I still had to take opioids, but this new stuff I AWESOME, it actually does work and I have tried other brands that really didn't, so even if you have tried other brands just give this a go, the people at Hemp Well are super nice and very knowledgeable they are interested in your well-being, super quick delivery and lots of really great products.

Definitely recommend this company. They are very helpful and informative. The goods I ordered were quick to arrive. Couldn't fault them

Everything is great - from the products to the service.

Good quality product delivered on time. Helpful knowledgeable staff particularly in the shop in York. Sleepwell helps me sleep. Unsure whether day time dose is helping but I've just Increased the dose so probably needs a but more time.
Overall, I'm satisfied with service and product.

Item purchased has helped with my sons crohns disease. I was sceptical as he has had surgery few years back & is now on medication injection. He still suffered with pain & inflammation.
As a last attempt to delay another operation i purchsed cbd oil. It really seems to have reduced his crohns flare & pains. Item is always delivered on time. Hempwell are very responsive to any advice needed. I chose this company as they referred by a friend & they have certainly exceeded my expectations.

I discovered this product whilst in Brighton and passing the shop. I have osteoarthritis and was keen to find helpful products, particularly that do not need to be taken orally. The deep relief cream is amazing - gives immediate and lasting relief to painful joints. I have since ordered more
online and the service was excellent.
