I wish I could give zero stars. STAY AWAY before you lose your money too. Terrible quality. The pattern is similar to whats advertised but the material and fit is 100% not. These are cheaply made, ill fitted, unwearable clothing. Post sales customer service is beyond poor. Unable to get information on returning items and getting a refund despite countless emails sent. I escalated to Paypal where Hemphil kept offering partial refunds. I rejected these offers as the clothing is unwearable and I wanted a return and refund. It makes no sense, but Paypal rejected the dispute which means I have lost all my money. The best place for this clothing is in the bin. Do NOT purchase through this dodgy website.

Zero Stars. My dress was a counterfeit cheap polyester copy of the dress in the photos. If you’ve bought through PayPal don’t trust Hemphil that returns must be made to Dubai and that it’s too expensive to return. Escalate your complaint through PayPal. Don’t accept Hemphil’s offers for compensation until they offer 100% pay back in full with you returning the item. Return to Hemphil through PayPal and PayPal will pay for the return to CHINA. Ensure you take photos of the consignment note as PayPal will request this. If you forget, you can get a copy from your post office. Good luck.

Horrible customer service. Refused refund even though their website claims 100% satisfaction. The clothes are poorly made, cheap fabric, and sizing is all over the place. I contacted them multiple times with no resolution. Do not buy!!

Very bad company !! Returned 3 dresses on 5th November and still no refund. They say their offices are in Dubai? I returned these dresses to the address on the parcel. Lost over £130 please DON'T BUY off them!!!

Don't buy these products, they are rip offs! I bought 2 tops and 1 dress, the fabric is plastic, the styles are not the same. I've asked for a refund but they have refused. I've made a complaint through Paypal. I want my money back! Hemphil, you can have your substandard products, I don't want them.

Great customer service and great quality shirts. Shirts were made after order, so allow a few weeks before you expect delivery. I’m a size 16 in Aus and the XXL is a comfortable fit.

It said in the description that it’s a “cotton blend”, when it’s actually the same material used on umbrellas.
Not comfortable or flattering at all. Am reusing the fabric and material for an art project. Definitely a waste of $100🤬

The garments arrived quickly and were exactly as described. I haven’t stopped wearing them

I love the shirt but the large runs a bit smaller than 80% of my other shopping experience
I am worried the fabric will shrink

False advertising, abysmal customer service... Do not buy from this company unless you’re in the market for poor quality garments whipped up in a sweatshop. What you see is not what you get! Highly probable that they use other company’s images to attract you, then try to replicate the garment with cheap, synthetic items. They give robotic answers to your complaints and resist refunding, despite their claim of ‘100% satisfaction’ on their returns policy. The goods come from China but the return address is Dubai. Postage to Dubai from Australia is roughly $55AUD!

The site was easy to order from and I received the customized wallet in rapid time.

I will never order from this company again. The do not accept returns. Item was nothing like the pictures and so small. I’m now stuck with items I can’t where. Worst customer service ever!! Save your money!!!!!

Clothes are poorly made and not sized correctly. Not worth 2 dollars!!! Can’t wear any of it and they won’t refund my money. Blocked me on Facebook when I questioned their clothing. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone ordering from them. They are a scam and rip-off!!!!

I bought three dresses, all of which stated on the website that they were made of 100% cotton. When I received them however, all were made of non-breathable polyester. When I asked for a full refund they refused and only gave me 25% refund.
If this was an Australian based site I’d go to the ombudsman for false advertising but seems there is no re-course.
