I am glad I bought the Vintage Raider Clip S2 Polarized sunglasses. High-quality and stylish sunglasses that lived up to expectations.

Unfortunately, my experience with Hemmet® Brand has been very disappointing. I placed an order that never arrived, and all my attempts to contact the company have failed. Customer support doesn’t seem to work, I haven’t received any replies to my emails, and no one responds on Instagram either.

I feel completely left without any help from the company, and at this point, I have neither the product nor any explanation of what happened to my order.

I hope the company improves their customer service, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping with them.

Best looking sunglasses in my opinion. Also the support was super polite and helpful with helping with delivery issue for my country.

DO NOT BUY.
To start with, the delivery was fast. With the glasses on my hands, I found very low-quality materials, cheap plastic (you can hear that poor squeaky plastic noise). Also, the glasses on the clip-on were too tight into their frame, causing these to bend on the sides. So, the view through them was horrible, producing deformed images.
That was just the beginning. I decided to return the glasses, I did so intime, and they said they found signs of use (which was not true), so the refund would be partial. But in the end, I was never refunded, not even partially. Months have gone by, they are not willing to reply to my emails.
These people are only willing to sell and at the most, accept the return but without any refund. After sales customer service is horrible. Moreover, they offer to pay with Scalapay, just don't, they did not help during the claim, they were not able to contact the seller (unvelievable)

The sunglasses are awesome. Incredible quality, on time delivery and wonderful design. I’m on my second order and highly recommend.

its mostly one month and my order went to wrong address !! i ask for cancel and refund but there is no answer

After 4 years of using their product, my glasses broke by incident and now after 4 happy years I’m back to hemmet with a new pair of glasses. Comparing with what I had 4 year ago, the quality has increased even back in the time the quality still was impressive in report with the price.

Cheaters! No not buy on this platform. You are not able to return the glasses you have bought. The seller will never communicate any more with you no matter if you reach out via WhatsApp, eMail or instagram. Do not buy!

2 months have passed since the payment of the order. I did not receive either the product or the response from the support service. I do not recommend to anyone! Scammers!

Really disappointed.

After a week from purchase, my order is delivered with the wrong item inside. Paid 26 EUR for delivery and waited one week. Also, I've written a couple of emails to the support centre and tried to call them on the phone no one reply even on the phone even to my emails. Now I have a pair of glasses which I don't wanna and I don't know how can i return my order and take my money back.

Never again i will make an order from this site.

Hi. Here is my second Hemmet clip on glasses. I love the style so much! Great packaging and fast delivery.

The product is super high quality, prescription lenses are really comfortable and accurate. Sunglasses are really nice and cool. Highly recommended

Received as a birthday present, not happy. There are large backlashes of the lenses, the frames of the glasses are installed crookedly, they feel like cheap glasses to the touch. I expected something completely different.

A friend of mine recommended me Hemmet Brand, and I really liked their designs. The frames suit me quite well. I'll definitely be visiting the online shop again.

I was really impressed with the clips on idea, never really tried it before, also just by using the same glasses but with different clips on give you the best experience with different colored sight.
