It took a month to receive my coat. It’s a nice piece, excellent quality at this price point and packaged beautifully. Customer service responded quickly but waiting a month for a seasonal item is not acceptable. My prior order had a similar delay. I doubt I’ll order again

Great customer support!

Delivery took 3 weeks. Quality of the material is very nice, but the fit on my body didn’t work, the pockets were creating an over volume on the hips area.

The company is great at communicating about your order and the merchandise is so nice !

Takes a bit longer than they claim for items to ship (took mine about three weeks, 15 business days.) Also, the color of my coat exactly match the images, was a bit lighter than I expected. However, I will say the quality of the fabric is there. It’s a very nice double-faced wool.

My experience with Hemiblurr was fine except no much communication regarding update on order and long wait as no idea they were based in 🇺🇸 (I’m 🇬🇧 based), however the coat I ordered seems to be good quality (just labelled wool as the description when ordered was different wool & camel hair ??)
Very nice coat though but won’t order again as too long to arrive and won’t recommend to small frame when “one size” im size 8 UK not on the oversized trend but it’s ok

Very legit company

I ordered a S-size trench coat that was unfortunately too big for me and they didn't have XS size for this item. But the fabric seemed good quality and the cut was very nice. I will definitely give another chance to HB.

This a fantastic company with incredible customer service! They did everything to accommodate my request for a quick delivery, they responded very fast and were extremely helpful and very professional.
They have beautiful products and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The jacket I ordered Looks very nice. The packaging and the Quality of the jacket is very good. Unfortunatly I ordered the wrong size.

I’ve ordered twice from hemiblurr and have loved both purchases, definitely items I’m wearing over and over again. I love their aesthetic and style. Yes I had to wait a bit to receive them as shipping takes longer than typical but it’s worth it. I decided to return one item and exchange sizing on another, and customer service has been very helpful facilitating. This is a legit company and not a scam as other reviews say. I’m going to continue ordering from them as their collections grow. <3

Received an incorrect item without any size on it. Emailed immediately . Got asked for photographs which I sent.,emailed every day for 5 days but they have failed to respond . I’ve asked for refund or prepaid return label. Very poor customer service & quality control.

I was instantly hooked during a doom scrolling session on my phone when their ad came across IG.
Honestly didn’t know much about the brand or company and took a chance.
I’m super glad I did. They styles are great and at a good price point. I recently had to return an item and CS was great and really took the time to understand why and took into consideration the feedback for future design updates.
It did take a while to get my product delivered but keep in mind they ship from overseas and will take a few weeks.

Hemi Blurr is currently my favorite clothing store. Their pieces are incredibly stylish and high-quality, and I constantly get compliments when I wear their clothes because each item is unique and super chic.

SCAM!
I ordered stuff in the value of around 1000€. The stuff was delayed and now that I want to return it (to China at my own expense!!) they don't reply anymore.
On their website they state that they only take returns that were registered so now it seems I'm stuck with the items. Also, quality is low.

SCAM - when you return clothing, they deduct a huge fee without any proof of duties. It also costs a bomb to send anything back, and the quality is awful. Also ANYONE writing positive reviews for this company is hired or a BOT.

This is the best company I have ever bought clothing from. They answered my questions within hours-thoroughly, too. They handled issues. And the clothes! I have bought six items in two months (I know, I know), and everything is soft, unique and remarkable.And reasonably priced.

I bought two items in the final sale, but I wasn’t aware that they were non-refundable. Unfortunately, both pieces are way too big. I ordered a size M, which usually fits me perfectly in other brands, but I’m swimming in both items. Even a friend of mine who normally wears size L found them far too large.

Since returns aren’t accepted, I’m now stuck with two high-quality pieces I can’t wear. What’s particularly disappointing is that there was no clear indication during checkout that these items were final sale, and the delivery was delayed as well.

Overall, a really frustrating experience — I wouldn’t order from this shop again.
