Skip has been left outside my house for weeks. It was ordered by my neighbour so I am not the customer. Contacted them to ask when they would be removing it and was met with a very rude and unhelpful attitude. The ground and plants around it have been damaged, the skip itself is not secured and so rubble is falling out of it.
We’ve had the skip since February, and despite repeated calls throughout April, no one has come to collect it. Each time my wife calls, they promise someone will come, but nothing happens. Considering that the whole point of their business is to hire out skips, it hardly seems like great value to leave one sitting unused at someone’s home for three months.
Over 10 days still not collected the Skip in front of my house, phoned many times and promised to do next day, next day… still no action at all. Please do it as promised, we have paid in advance but no service delivered. Please collect the Skip asap it really cause me a lot of inconvenience. I need to drive my car to pick my child from school. Please action on it as promised！

This skip company was the most professional I have ever dealt with. They couldnt do enough to help, and most importantly of all actually wanted my business. So cannot say enough about them, even the driver was very helpful in putting the skip exactly where I wanted it.
