I have been a customer for Helpling for years. I appreciate that they are constantly improving their survices, but I find it very annoying that over half of the cleaners do not show up at the first appointment for various reasons. I even had a case where the cleaner accepted the request and immediately sent me a DM if she can come on another day. This is frustrating because I cannot count on the cleaning being done on time and Helpling does nothing to improve compliance.

Having said that, once you find a reliable (and truly reliable) cleaner, then the service is good. Luckily I never had a damage, so I can't report on how it would be reimbursed.

In principle the concept works and the the costs for cleaners are reasonable. However, there seem to be a shortage of good quality reliable cleaners and a lot of people who aren’t motivated to do a good job - possibly connected to the low pay they receive. The average hourly rate is about €20 but Helpling take 30% of this. No wonder the cleaners arent very motivated. The mobile app is a little glitchy as well on the reviews so it is difficult to scroll down to see the poorer reviews.

Overview and usability becomes better step by step - supports the process also better now (can do most of the standard actions)
Some improvenment ideas
* enable to add ratings from App even if you chose "later" before and not only via mail
* implement Login Services like Google, Microsoft etc.
* Implement possility to add other users to manage the orders.

Recommended by a friend, I got a service professional coming to mine within a few clicks. I had the occasion to consult their customer care for a specific request and I was delighted by how they handle everything with such good care and kindness.

It was a disaster!
This Monday Helping.de sent a devil to destroy my house:
1, She said she is Dutch, but she cant speak Dutch, English nor German! In fact she couldn’t understand one simple sentence “only use water to clean”!
2, She uses WC acid without water to clean my 16,000 euros new floor!
3, She uses Drano to clean my new 25,000 euros new bathroom!
4, She uses 3 Swiffer, wet to clean the floor!
5, She only worked for 2 hours but Helping charges me 3 hours!

I opened a case (ID 9777) and have been trying to reach helping customer service for days, but no one answer!

To reply the Helping insincere answer, which is purely for marketing purpose below: yes, I have been contacting Helping intensively for days, but no customer service ever reach out to me to discuss the solution except for an auto-replied email. My lawyer has now been involved.

My issue with helpling is the commission. It is too high. What I get is too small.

Very good service.
Booking a cleaning person is simple and easy.
The whole process couldn’t be more straight forward.
We had a very good first experience.
I would suggest adding a filter for languages preferred too.
And offer cleaning services that include the tools/cleaning products.
