Since 1989, we have been providing compassionate, person-centred care at home to individuals across the UK. Our journey started in a small house in Warwickshire, and today, we have over 150 branches across the country. This growth has allowed us to extend our exceptional care and make a bigger difference while allowing our customers to remain in the place they love. Our carers are kind and compassionate individuals who always go the extra mile. They are fully trained to provide the highest level of care, no matter what condition you are living with. We are also recognised for delivering specialist dementia care, a service we have enhanced through our partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society. This has allowed us to provide our carers with dementia training to help support our customers living with different types of dementia. Our service is fully regulated and monitored by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales. We are proud to have received an overall rating of GOOD, and the CIW reported that our carers go “above and beyond, doing things that are ‘not on the list’.

Just for clarification, Mrs Kyte made all the arrangements, but the care was for my wife, Maureen Morley, and I of course paid the fees.
I did not find your admin totally user-friendly, not least when, having paid the full amount in advance, I subsequently received an invoice for the first couple of weeks. I was later told this was purely procedure.
Understandably, Fatima got off to a shaky start, but as soon as she became acclimatised, she was a magnificent carer. She made Maureen feel really at ease, the looked after all her needs, including intimate washing, she conversed with her, and in fact made sure she was always as comfortable as possible.
Fatima also clicked really well with our more-than cleaning lady, and indeed became so much part of our little entourage that both sides were sorry when the time came for her to leave.
She is a treasure and deserves the best references possible.
Your admin, and indeed the PR of your image... Needs tightening up.

The staff and clients are amazing but the lack of compassion or professionalism from office and management ruins the whole business . As long as calls are covered the office staff do not care where they send the carers , so many miles between calls , and don’t care about continuity as long as the stats are looking good for management . From experience , the only thing holding this place together is the dedication fom the amazing kind carers . Peterborough branch

I approached Helping Hands to assist use with my farther who has onset Alzymers but insists he keeps his independence, struggling at the basics such as cooking cleaning general hygiene. The phone call was very friendly asking all the right questions, understanding and patient. Rashurd was very polite and friendly. Their system was explained in detail and arranged for a home visit to meet family and discuss a way forward with Helping hands. Very impressed so far.

My Wife has Alzheimer's and mobility problems. It takes 2 people to move her safely. Helping Hands send 4 carers each day to get her up and dressed, help with 2 walks per day and to get her ready for bed. They send an extra carer if I need to go out for sometime. The carers are clearly well trained and write a report on each visit to provide continuity. I have used them for well over a year and am entirely satisfied with their service.

After successfully completing & receiving the HHA (licenced by state of FL)in 2025, I joined Helping Hands Home Care in August 2026 as a home health care aide. I was welcomed warmly into a very welcoming staff. They have staff that assisted scheduling me from my phone as I checked the availability client list from the Philippians &India as it was after work hours in the US the very first week so that I was not out of work even the first week I signed on with them which I'm grateful & thankful for. The staff respect my religious standards, also.

Overall a good company albeit quite pricey.
The carers do their best and some are better than others and some go over and above to help.
Short staffing issues are unfortunate.
I would recommend them.

Helping Hands Ramsgate branch..
Tracey, Gemma and their team are exceptional! we have used their services for two of our elderly friends who do not have relatives, the first occasion was to assist with a friend after a fall, for four months Helping Hands provided exemplary care assisting our friend with personal care in the mornings and evenings, professional friendly carers who engage and chat with their clients, and also deliver the service with dignity.
The second occasion was for an elderly gentleman with mid-Alzheimer's who was recently widowed, and needed help with medication and some meals, and more importantly some companionship. I can not recommend the Ramsgate team enough. Thank You

So my grandmother was with another provider and they were not great so we changed to helping hands and they have been amazing. They come for an initial visit and follow up with a phone call. You get a rota the week before with who is coming and what time. They will call if the time needs to be changed or if the carer is running late.
I would highly recommend
