The customer service person seemed nice, responded quickly. However, the information she gave me was incorrect. Example being the tracking number… she told me (in an email) that my device was shipped via fedex. As I went to check the tracking fedex told me the number was NOT theirs. I contacted customer service again to check I we had the correct number. Then I was told it was sent vie UPS. Customer service told me initially it would be delivered 7/25. It finally arrived 7/28.
