Meysam was helping my move today and he is absolutely fantastic. Communication was clear and prompt from start to finish, which made the whole move stress-free. He was professional, helped a lot very chatty with me.

Unnecessary Van Upgrade and Serious Consent Concerns
I paid an additional £82 after being advised that a medium van would not fit my belongings. On the day, a Luton van arrived and our items occupied only a small portion of the vehicle, making the upgrade unnecessary.
The driver arrived accompanied by his child without any prior disclosure or consent, which raised safeguarding and insurance concerns, particularly as I had confirmed I would not be travelling with the driver.
The driver also returned to our address the following day without prior agreement.
I raised these issues directly with the company, but my concerns regarding consent, safeguarding, and the necessity of the additional charge were not satisfactorily addressed. I am now escalating the matter through the appropriate UK consumer channels.
