Maartje tried to arrange us with the repair center she thought we need to resolve our problem with the TV we bought here. Hopefully the problem can be resolved soon as our TV is only 4 years old. We still need to wait 1-3 days for them to contact us. Nevertheless, she was cordial and precised with her instructions of what to do at our end in order to start resolving the problem we had with the TV we purchased here only 4 years ago.

I was looking around everywhere for the lowest deal for an LG OLED and so I tried the chat feature with HelloTV and Jari helped me out! He gave me a good deal at first, but after some negotiating, he was able to bring it down another €50! His responses were quick and fully informed. Great interaction overall.

The process of ordering a TV went very smoothly—until they received the money. That’s when everything went wrong. What I find misleading is that they ask you to leave a 5-star review immediately after placing the order. It seems intentional—they make sure the ordering process feels great just to get those early reviews. This is a deceptive tactic.
The order was supposed to be delivered the next day. Two days later, none of the customer support agents can give any proper information. They all sound surprised that I haven’t received the delivery email, and every one of them says exactly the same thing—it feels completely scripted. I can’t even see the order in my HelloTV account because, according to support, their website is “undergoing changes.” Deceiving their clients, plain and simple.
Terrible experience. Never ordering from them again.
