A fraudulent website
A fraudulent website and these people should be in jail. Do not use.
*UPDATE - 15/02/2024 - HelloTechHouse has been stalking me with weekly spam emails asking me to "change my review to 4 or 5 stars" and they will refund me the stolen amount in return. Once again I warn all users: DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS.

Scam artists
Had a missed delivery email saying that my wife had a missed delivery she then was asked to pay for the redelivery then she was set up to this company without any permission given 3 payments taken and and they hang up when trying to call them.
Avoid at all cost this is blatant fraud and the bank can't do nothing about it.

I purchased a kitchen scale for 5.81€with credit card.
I didnt received it, after many e-mails asking for a Simple tracking number.
So i Lost 5.81€. stolen!!
Then i realize they were charging me 44€ of a gold vip member, because i didnt cancel it after the order that i didnt received.
Now, i Lost 44€ + 5.81€ + new credit card fees.

As a VIP member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month, to keep the benefits of the membership. You can always put your membership on "Skip" so you don’t have to pay. Should you forget to skip, a €44 credits is placed in your boutique, good toward your next item.
The membership is explained in all the steps before purchasing, in every item/purchase box, at checkout and in the order confirmation email.

Scam website. They sell everything at a very low price and once you have paid with your credit card they activate some kind of "gold membership" to regularly charge your credit card. By the time you will realize this in the monthly bill, you will find that they have already charged several times. They say that with your money they give you some points to purchase items, but these points are expiring and by the time you are going to realize that you have been scammed, some of these points/money is either expired or close to expire. The scam does not stop here, for every item they sell if you look the price before and after login, you will find that prices are way higher for member. So, during the first purchase they trap you as member, charge your credit card silently for extra lot and then rest they cheat you by selling the same item for its double price because you wish to spend your points on the website before they expire. Fraud e-commerce website!
