My first experience was I ordered a makeup bag direct with you and paid for it then with no communication you put the money back into my account. I would have appreciated an email explaining why. Lovely items, and quick postage.
I wanted a small, pretty, purse to store my usb sticks in. Hello Sunday has such pretty things - it was a delight to browse their site, and purchasing was easy (the choice was more difficult). Postage was quick, and the item is perfect for the job (and a joy to look at).
