Great shop. Very quick delivery

Great service and range of products. I ordered an SPF that I’ve not been able to find elsewhere & a couple of lips products. Despite being sent from Korea, it arrived quite quickly, well packaged and with excellent tracking information. This is my first order with this company but I would definitely order from them again

First time using HS, so only one item ordered. Superb service and very efficient tracking communication.
Product received much more quickly than anticipated and service and delivery appears to be way more efficient compared to other companies in Korea which we've previously had to rely on, that are extremely slow.
Will definitely be using again(outstanding little extras sent with the order,too !) .

First time purchasing from Hello Seoul, and certainly will not be the last. They stock a great range of Korean beauty products, particularly brands that can be hard to come by in the UK. The items I ordered came so quickly, I ordered on the 15th of December and they were received on the 20th of December. I received tracking information throughout. Was also lovely to receive samples with my order.

Put in an order for several items back in November - 14 days later this has still not been delivered, with no real Tracking updates during this time. Message from Royal Mail said it would be delivered today - still nothing

It's really inconvenient, as i need the items, and would have ordered elsewhere had i known how long this would take

Delivery was fast, products were authentic and even received free gifts. Made the order on the 4th of November received it 12th November

I've ordered a couple of times now from Hello Seoul. Im absolutely delighted with their service and products. There was some lovely little freebies too, which was a nice surprise. Please note, the products you order are shipped to you direct from Korea, but the shipping was still super quick and I received regular updates throughout on tracking too.
Overall I'm very impressed with Hello Seoul and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :) very happy customer.

Delivery was super quick since it was being shipped from overseas (took less than a week). No customs or duty tax to pay on arrival as my order was under the threshold and tax is charged when you pay - so no surprises. They also gave me some free samples which was such a lovely touch. Will definitely be ordering again!

I made an order last January 5, 2024 but have not receive it until now.
I contacted the courier but they could not find my parcel. I was advised to contact the sender.
I sent a complaint in the email provided from the site but I did not receive any response!
