Legitimately Unprofitable

I play on about 10 casinos consistently, and 5 others inconsit. I start by buying small priced deals and move up based on approx win ratio. I can honestly say this is my last casino where I have never even considered purchasing larger amounts. I don't know why, but 100X feels like a thousand here. Games selection is Ok, minus Hacksaw, I have no worries about cashing out if needed, deals are OK, customer service good,it is just that one casino fr me where every slot feels spent. However, prob only invested 5-$600, but it's just all bad fr me. So here is just one players experience in this creation called Life.

The first time I cashed out $1000 it…

The first time I cashed out $1000 it was in my bank account the next day! Now that I am cashing out over $5k it’s been silence. I had to reach out to them and was told my same card I play with and the same card they paid me on needs verified. Weird! After getting it verified again now I still get the same excuse that I need to verify my card after I show screenshots then the agent switches to the same lie about 3-5 days but I’m on day 6! and the emails said 48hrs after verified I will get my money but still have zero from them! Every response is scripted and help takes days to get its such a distasteful and disappointing experience with hello millions. It’s a scam they will not pay you if you win big! Stay away from this company!

Not paying out because it won't let me verify

I have played for a few months and have had no problems until this week. Noticed my money hadn't been deposited like it usually is, found I had an email from them to verify my Credit Card info. (Whick I did the first time I used them) They gladly took my money to play but now say I have to verify my Credit Cards to redeem. For one they don't put the money on CC's it goes into my bank account. Used live chat and when it became my turn it went to a feedback screen. Never got to interact with a live agent ( 25 mins) went back on and 45 mins later finally got one. He could not offer any help and says he will send it to higher ups. It could take up to 72 hrs As of now.. still no response. There is no phone number to call just texting live agents. Email stayed of you respond to it it will out you in the back of the line. Unfortunately I have bragged to friends about how fast and fun these slots are and regret it now. Do better Hellomillions!! We trusted you and you have clearly let us down. I know I am not the only one.

They have no problem taking your money…

They have no problem taking your money but can't pay you. Does not allow you to verify you account, come us with a bogus reason. Happened on my account and my aunts account. Sent chat, received email and still no success. Ridiculous!

False Advertisement

Hello Millions offered me a deposit bonus of free SC with a grossly miscalculated "extra SC" percentage.

When I raised this issue, they just played dumb, like they couldn't read the screenshot.

Very disappointing for an otherwise reputable site.

Edit: Despite following up with them per their reply below, I did not get a response.

OMG!!

OMG! I Just hit the Minor Jackpot on the “opt in!!!!!” I decided to try my luck today and put in $20 ($30 sc added to account) and hit the bonus on first game I played. I switched to super china pots and started the .80 cent spins. I had opted in their “opt in jackpot” awhile ago (I think it’s 10 cents extra a spin) I actually won the MINOR JACKPOT! I have won before on Hello Millions, and redeemed before so I know it’s legit and I’ve had a a little luck before on here but wow was unexpected! Thanks Hello Millions! I just redeemed for $700. I’ll update this review if I don’t get my money! I took a picture, I wish I could upload on here!

Too much going on, main function suffers

After trying Hello Millions for about a year, I finally decided to give the platform a chance and spend. At first, it was great. They gave good bonuses and loyalty rewards. After playing for a couple weeks, the rewards became almost nothing. I noticed this happen after redeeming as I did not put much back in.

The overall site has good promotions and great discount packages. It runs slow and the games frequently kick you out. I think this is because of so many pop ups and the side jackpots/promotions. Redemption was fast using aeropay (next day).

My main issue is their customer service. They have a chat that takes a long time for a response, if you miss it that’s too bad because they close it out. They don’t follow up with the inquiries at all. I just received an email saying not to email back or my query will take longer. It’s been two weeks. This is what keeps me away now and what everybody who plays should be cautioned about:

They offer an opt-in option for their SC jackpots that, while opted in, it takes an extra .1 SC per spin. I was playing and WAS NOT opted in. I noticed the game taking the extra SC out anyway. I have no idea how long that was happening. I took screenshots. I had a decently long session and lost a decent amount of SC due to this. I blew it off and it continued to happen. I contacted support through their chat, no success. I haven’t played on this site since and don’t plan on it. But every player should be aware of this so you don’t lose out like I did. I have heard nothing from them and probably won’t. I try most online casinos and while this one has good value, the support and the glitchy site make it a last resort pick.

Just got another email asking for documents to verify my payment to a link that does not work will not allow me to upload anything they've been doing this for 2 weeks on my verified account with the same payment system and that I've already turned documents into how about just redeem my account and if you have a problem the payment system then you shouldn't have took the payment or you need to refund all my other payments with the made with the same payment that you're requesting verification for these people are Crooks don't play with them
