If I could give the Sunrise by the Park 6 stars I would.. it is extremely cozy and private .. ample parking, and the amenities are fabulous. Located a few blocks from Memorial Park and all Types of restaurants up and down Washington Ave.
I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a amazing stay.

The size was perfect for us and we needed a full kitchen to cook for younger kids. It was very convenient to have towels and linens and a starter pack for washer/dishwasher as well as shampoo & conditioner. We also loved having a little outside area out back and daily trash pick up. The only downsides were there was no toaster - sort of an essential kitchen need at very little cost. Also, although the vinyl flooring was swept clean, it was dirty. Within minutes of us settling in and taking our shoes and socks off our feet were all black. Overall we would definitely stay again to have all these conveniences while visiting family close by.

We have had terrific service from The Austin GM, Kurt, and his team members. They are extremely responsive and whenever we have reported an issue, they immediately report it to property maintenance and it’s taken care of so quickly. They follow up and ensure we’re happy with the repairs.

I booked a 3 month stay with Hello Landing in Washington DC after a housing situation fell through at the last minute. Given the overwhelming negative reviews on BBB, Yelp, and Reddit, Hello Landing was not my first choice, but one week in, I'm genuinely glad I gave this company a chance.
From the start, the team went above and beyond. I booked early Friday morning for a Monday check-in. When I hadn't received a confirmation email after booking, I called the verification team twice over the weekend. On the second call, Alberto patiently explained the delay (awaiting confirmation from the payments department) and promised to call me back by 9:30am Monday, without me asking. Surprisingly, he actually did! He left a voice note mentioning that I was good to go and also included the DC property manager's phone number, Omari, to ask about an early check-in. I received the email confirmation at 10am and I had to check out of my existing place by 11am! I also had medication that needed to be refrigerated, making early check-in very critical.
Omari initially said early check-in wasn't possible, but when he realized the only issue was a missing duvet, he personally ran to a store to get one. By 11:30am, the apartment was ready for me. I was in back to back on camera client calls starting at 12:30pm, so his effort literally saved my day!
I don't know if any of this was in their job descriptions, but it didn't feel like it was. Both Alberto and Omari treated my stressful situation like it was their own problem to solve, and that says everything about the kind of company Hello Landing is and the people they employ. Thank you Omari and Alberto for going out of your way to help me during one of the most stressful moving situations of my life.

My husband and I appreciate Colby Clark for making our vacation complete. There were a couple issues that we had, and Colby made it right plus more in 24 hours. I loved my first experience with Landing! Kurt was an amazing host, and all the directions for the property were clearly laid out in the app- very detailed and easy to follow. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely choose Landing again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vantage 4214, Cape Coral, Florida rented through Landing. Pros: the apartment is very spacious and well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, it is very quiet at night, and all the amenities listed in the advertisement were available.
However, as is often the case with rental platforms where many tenants may be careless, properties and their furnishings can become dirty, damaged, or poorly maintained.
Con: the ceiling has VERY POOR (inexistant) sound insulation. A family lived above the apartment, and the noises from the floor above were very disturbing. While it is understandable that children will run or play in their own home, the noise became quite bothersome. If you plan to rent in the Vantage building, we highly recommend choosing an apartment on the top floor.

I had not seen the apartment as being a victim of the hurricane I was living 100 miles away. I was looking for a home. When I come my apartment was all set up and anything I requested to be changed was taken care of right away. I came here 1/21/25 and expect to live my life here (93 years old) Melissa Hines has been very helpful.
