Hello Islands Reviews 

We booked this trip in October and a week later I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After surgery and intensive treatment we wanted to cancel but our doctors persuaded us to go. In Feb this year I was declared no evidence of disease and so this trip was truly the rainbow at the end of my storm. It was the best holiday of our lives. Every detail was meticulously planned by Hello Island and Remmert went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and happy at all times. When i lost my bank card in the shuttle he had it returned within a few hours and even offered to pay for an additional hotel room from his pocket as we were unhappy with one of the beds in our room. Now that is customer care at its finest. We lost our hearts to Thailand and made such beautiful memories here that next year we are returning and bringing the rest of the family along. Thank you Hello Island for making our dreams come true and for being the rainbow at the end of our storm.

I had the most amazing adventure on my Hello Island trip to Thailand.

From getting on the plane in Johannesburg.. right through the whole two weeks in Thailand has been amazing!!!

We loved every minute of our time in Thailand from Phuket..Phi-Phi.. Krabi to Bangkok.

All the arrangements from transport hotels and flights was super organized and soo easy..we really did not have any hiccups on our trip.. Remmert and the team did an excellent job.

The last month being back home looking at all my beautiful pictures i just want to hop on a plane and go back.

I have also had the privilege of a trip through Europe and although it was also a great trip… this Thailand trip with Hello Island was remarkable and worth every penny spent.

I will most definitely be using Hello Island again and i have already recommended a few friend and colleague to get in contact with Remmert and the team to book their one of a kind Thailnd trip.

Already dreaming of a next trip to Thailand.. but will book with no other company than Hello Island and Remmert.

We went to Thailand in April 2023 on the 12 day Island hopper package. Hello Islands arranged everything for us. We did not have to worry about a thing. All our shuttle and ferry tickets were in a brochure that was put together for us. If you want a stress free holiday, then Call Remmert and Hello Islands and book an unforgettable holiday.

I don't even know where to begin when recommending Hello Island to anyone looking to book a holiday in Thailand.
My wife and I went on a 10 day Island hopping adventure, and before we even left, they showed that they are willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
Due to construction taking place at the hotel originally offered on our package, they moved our booking to an upgraded hotel for free. They also upgraded our flights to Emirates, due to unavailability of flights on the initial airline on our expected date of departure.
Their checklist of tips and rules to keep in mind is priceless. these include places to visit, places to eat, average prices you should expect to pay for meals and services (this prevents you from getting hustled).
Every single aspect of our trip was so perfectly arranged that you would be forgiven for thinking we were regular travelers to Thailand. From transfers between hotels, shuttles, ferry rides, airport transfers, and even giving us advice on where to get the best meals and see the best sites on the different Islands we visited (Jungle Kitchen in Krabi is incredible!), everything was simply perfect.
While in Thailand we had some trouble with our cards, since we had forgotten to notify our banks we were traveling abroad. All it took was one call, and they even helped us get that sorted out by sending us the right contact numbers.
All of this came at about half the price that a similarly luxurious Cape Town Holiday would have cost us, due to their great prices, and the great exchange rate of the Thai Baht. All our hotels offered amazing ocean views, and excellent service.
I could go on for hours about how incredible everything was, so I'll stop right here and simply say: GO FOR IT! You will have the best holiday ever!
We're definitely doing it again soon.
