Great customer service

Just transferred to IQ Mobile due to using EE coverage and so far so good! Customer service was great - my questions were answered extremely quickly via whatsapp, and the new sim came and worked smoothly.

Update after over a year using IQ

This is the second review for IQ as I’ve now been using them for over a year and wanted to give an update of my experience over this time. I have a static caravan in West Wales and the on site WiFi is both expensive and VERY unreliable. I use a TP-Link router connected to an external aerial. I find IQ Go a perfect product for our situation. I have found their service simply first class for the whole of the time I’ve been using them. I found Frazer particularly helpful also via WhatsApp. All in all I would unreservedly recommend IQ mobile.

Great customer service

Just moved over to IQ mobile as they use EE and the signal / 4/5G coverage I’d been getting with Vodafone wasn’t great round here.

Really good price on sim only deal and great support during the switchover.

I had some questions so emailed their customer support, got a fast response from James who remained my named contact throughout. I’m particularly impressed with their human approach to support even having WhatsApp messaging, so much better than having to deal with the AI bots!

I should say that the phone coverage is now way better than my previous provider so happy all round.

A great deal for Europe PLUS!

The great deal for Europe is a great deal but for me, the totally fantastic support is second to none! I was sent a link to my router's instructions for IQ, I had a query, this was resolved and hey presto when I looked at the instructions the next day .. they had been updated. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I was recommended to go to this company…

I was recommended to go to this company earlier this year, for their Europe data policy. We are currently in Norway and have run out of data (25gb allocation of 100gb) and paid yesterday for a 10gb top-up., after discovering we can’t buy a new £75 package until our current months package runs its course. Now we’re waiting for the top up to be activated, which is annoying me — hour by hour (11 hours as I type.) This is not acceptable for a tech company, this should be an automated service, I am unlikely to renew my sim at renewal.

5 Stars are not enough sometimes

5 Stars are not enough for this company.
The product offerings are comprehensive and affordable, just right for me and my travels.
It's the absolutely incredible customer support that they deserve the extra stars for. It speaks volumes about the company and staff.
I highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer service

First experience using own router and SIM card in France and we cannot thank Frazer enough for being so very patient with our continued pestering of him !!! Oldies with no idea and he was lovely - calling and messaging us to make sure we were able to access WiFi. James also very helpful when Frazer not around. All in all brilliant experience - BIG THANK YOU 🙏

Best small business

Nothing but praise for this company and would give more stars of I could.

Been with IQ mobile for over a year, switched after I found they used EE network and I had nothing but issues with EE

From the offset this company have been Incredible, found me the best deal to suit me and have been messaging and responding quickly via WhatsApp and if I haven't had an in issue resolved or it's been more complex they will immediately phone and sort things out.

They care about the customers and the whole experience and I can't fault them. They dont even have the yearly price hikes and are a UK based local company in Bath and I'm all about supporting small and local and would absolutely love to see this company grow and get bigger!!

I can't recommend them enough and will continue to share away- I think if they did monthly contracts with phones and WiFi they would top it!

Cheap, reliable & consistently good customer service

I almost switched to EE from my previous provider based on the basis of network quality. However at t he time, IQ Mobile offered the cheapest way to access their network.

I'm consistently getting what I perceive as EE quality for a much more reasonable price.

However what's prompted me to write this review today is the level of customer support provided, which was quick, fantastic and hassle-free. On both occasions I've needed them it's been much smoother than I would typically expect from a mobile or utility provider

Stuck in France en route to the UK

Stuck in France en route to the UK. Ran out of data on my Vodafone and Lebara Es. Had already booked recharge for 7/6/25 but needed it sooner. One email to Fraser and all sorted! Very professional service and fantastic connectivity throughout northern France right up to Northern Scotland. Very impressed. Second year with this brilliant service for motorhomes/caravans.

Travel eSIM

I contacted Fraser and James for advice and assistance with a data travel package for use in the USA. Their advice, technical assistance and the value of their eSIM deal was absolutely superb. They even did a follow up to see how I was getting on and to confirm that the eSIM was operating as it should. Their customer service is second to none.

Disappointed

Disappointed Been a customer for over a year. Just renewed my subscription and really wish I hadn’t. I paid for data yesterday and it still isn’t here. For a tech company it is really disappointing. I have previously recommended this to loads of people and do regret that. For a tech company to jot be able to activate data immediately is not ideal. Lost customer

Superb customer service, excellent network coverage and great value

I’ve worked for mobile providers and been having mobile contracts with the big names for the past 25 years but IQ genuinely shows exactly how a provider should operate and what customer service can be. The value is excellent and using the EE network is ideal for me and my travels. I can’t see any reason for ever leaving IQ they’re one of the best companies to be a customer out there.

I'm 70 years old

I'm 70 years old. Not technically minded at all. Called IQ to try and help me get the sim to work in my Huawei E5577C, I'd been trying for hours!! 10 minutes later Frazer had me all sorted. He was patient and a great communicator. I can't thank him enough. Excellent level of customer service. If you're considering using IQ , I cant recommend them highly enough.

"IQ Mobile Limited has been inconsistent for me this year. Last year’s service was fine, but the connection quality while traveling Europe this time was poor, even with full signal. The sudden reduction in roaming data allowance from 100GB to 25GB was disappointing, especially after already paying annual fees. Could improve customer support responsiveness."

Good value in the UK and the support is outstanding

IQ are pretty good value in the UK, but the flexibility of their roaming options is great. Not as good as it was before their supplier EE reduced the roaming limit to 25GB/month, but the flexibility of being able to renew when needed is most convenient. Where IQ really excel is their support. Almost immediate response to enquiries and great technical competence analysing problems and providing a solution.

Breath of fresh air

Very impressed with the service from Frazer, of IQ Mobile. Professional and efficient, I transferred over two lines on my mobile quickly and without stress. Good value too. It's refreshing to deal with a mobile provider with a human being on hand.

Brilliant

Right from the start IQ mobile have been brilliant. Sim arrived on time, easy to get started and great coverage. The wi-fi calling function is brilliant, I now never miss a call. Frazier was very helpful when I had a query. I can highly recommend them.

Just outstanding!!

I moved from O2 due to poor customer service and worse mobile service. I did a bit of market research and settled on IQ mobile, which turned out to be an excellent choice. From the very beginning their customer service and support has been outstanding, my eSIM package is unbelievable value for money and I’m now getting full 5G coverage instead of the intermittent 4 G I’d become used to. Highly recommended!
