Support doesn't know what they are doing
I was laid off in October. Called them to ask if I could still get a service and was told I had a month from the layoff date. I went ahead and scheduled the service and submitted for reimbursement. It was denied bcs the service happened after the layoff. Pulled up my son's bills from earlier in the year and submitted in December. One was reimbursed. I was told on the phone that i had until 1/6/23 to get reimbursed and in writing that i had until 1/31/23. Submitted the 2nd set of invoices at the end of December and they got denied bcs I had only a month from 10/5 to file???????
