Always fresh products, attractive price, good app to manage orders and subscription. The only thing I suggest - to go with sustainable practices ie reduce the amount of paper: paper receipts can be replaced with email, cardboard box can be replaced by a plastic, reusable container with a small deposit fee.

Got charged without even finishing the ordering process. I did not choose any recipes neither did I choose any preferences. I did not finish the ordering process because I did not like the recipes. The next day I saw that HelloFresh charged me and they now send me some random box I did not even order. I contacted the support and they told me that I finished the order (which is completly false) and they could not do anything for me. Scam tactics

Ok, so I won’t go on about too much, but the thing that has made me cancel is the hidden charge in virtually every meal (supplements). Why not just display in the price in the first place???
I signed up for the trial, I’ve ordered 1 box and cancelled. Some meals, and I’m talking chicken not fillet steak add a fair amount to the meal!

FAR Too much plastic and packaging! They give you too many small ingredients - not always needed as we have in the kitchen but no option to say that. Not great for the planet. They do zero recycling- the large card box is thrown. If they changed this then I may consider occasionally as it is handy this and on the whole the meals are tasty. Being a vegetarian the options were less, so now I use abel and Cole boxes - different concept as it is not meals based, but the organic veg is so fresh and tasty- and you can recycle the boxes and they have minimal plastic.

So I have many mixed feelings about hello fresh, firstly the meals are amazing and so tasty and convenient however the website is glitch central and so slow to use I've tried on several devices and still is painfulllllll I also had my account deactivated just after the cut off of my box and then had further issues trying to see if it was still coming, I'll see past the glitches for now as my busy schedule and need for tastes meals is stronger than that however I wish that they would just fix their tech issues allready for everyone's sake.

Service and food great. Every meal is very detailed.

It gave me back the joy of cooking and tasting: the great mix of vegetables, protein and carbs with fresh herbs, good quality spices and nuts. The preparation time is greatly shortened by having the exact quantities ready thus preventing waste of food.

This company is a scam ! Only signed up to see meal options and prices before deciding they are too expensive and cancelled my subscription, next thing they deliver a box of food and expect me to pay ! Now threatening debt collectors. DO NOT USE

Thought I’d try Hello Fresh again after a 9 month
break.
I wish I’d read the reviews first though.
I received my first box today only to find all menu cards missing along with ingredients.
Nothing seems to of changed.
Don’t waste your time and money on the subscription.
They just don't care!

I have just received my second box of hello fresh. Not happy at all. I have had beef that was rubbery. Items from different recipes missing. Some items of very poor quality. Wrong recipe card sent. Customer service very quick to give you credit on your next full cost box. I had to really complain to get money back now for items I had to buy twice in effect. Only tried hello fresh as was recommended. I will go back to my previous supplier with whom I had no problems

In the last 2 weeks my Hello Fresh box has missed a key item and also had a spoiled item. I've been isolating with COVID and unable to source replacements. My experience now tells me not to rely on this product.

Cancelled because they were forgetting ingredients alot. They decided to send the next box anyway which we did not want!

They are now saying I have an outstanding payment and that they are going to send debt collectors.

Omg where do I start 4 out of 5 meals had ingredients missing, I ordered meals for 2 ingredients only enough to feed 1 person, cancelling the subscription was a nightmare, cancel option on website kept referring me back to edit/reschedule deliveries, in the end had to phone the main call centre to cancel as all requests sent via message centre ignored! Awful experience do not recommend at all!

We like the concept of receiving all ingredients for our dinners at home, clear recipes, we simply enjoy the boxes and nice meals.
What is missing is the possibility to make gluten free choices, that makes that I don't use them all the time as we don't digest too well all the pasta, rice and patato's involved...

It tastes very well, all ingredients are fresh and tasty. But IMHO the quantity for 2 persons could be more, for example spaghetti 180g for 2 is not that much.

No more headaches to find new recipes every week to eat healthy and varied.
No more spending hours on shopping lists and errands.

A lot of work in the kitchen because there are so many of us at home, but the children help out with the cooking and everyone benefits in the dish.

Voucher code didn't apply firstly and then was charged full price which I wouldn't have done if I had known. Then was told I would get a refund to bank and they gave me a credit which was not promised. Then tried to cancel and the website wasn't working to do this, then was charged that same night and was told I was lying and was refused a refund. Never dealt with a worse company.
