First of all, the meals are delicious! And secondly, it gives me time to focus on the cooking and not on thinking about what to cook and getting the ingredients, which makes the whole process so much less stressful and much more enjoyable. I used to find the whole experience quite tiring and stressful, but now it's just about the cooking and not the extra bits.Thank you!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with HelloFresh.
I cancelled my subscription three separate times and continued being charged for boxes. Every time I cancelled, I was told I would receive a cancellation confirmation email — I never received a single one.
I contacted live chat support, and the agent told me I “should have” received the emails. The agent then cancelled the account for me while I was on the chat, yet again no confirmation email was ever received. To make matters worse, the agent left the chat without properly resolving anything.
One of the boxes I was charged for was delivered while I was away on holiday, meaning I could not even use it.
I then called customer service hoping to finally sort the issue out, but the experience was awful. The phone agent was rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. I was made to feel stupid, as though I didn’t know how to check my own emails, instead of being listened to and helped.
At this point, it genuinely seems there is an issue with their cancellation system. If even their own agents cannot process a cancellation properly or generate confirmation emails, customers are left completely unprotected from further charges.
Very disappointing experience overall and extremely poor customer service.

They sent out a box and charged me before I even selected or locked in what I wanted so I just ended up with loads of ingredients I dont like.
Fairly poor business practice.

Had no problems this week with ingredients,but would like longer dates on items,as meat all same date,other ingredients just 2-3 days from delivery,considering I have 5 meals I sometimes have to buy the out of date ingredients

I'm on my second week and enjoying the meals but thats 2 weeks in a row my potatoes aren't fresh and are rolling about the box and in burst bags. If box 3 is the same, I will be changing to gousto.

I want to a refund from my order that I was being charged, but it was not possible. The customer service told me because they need to prepare for the ingredients, but I already told them I want to skip my order.
On the other hand, I found the Hello Fresh food quality has gone down, with more preservatives rather than fresh ingredients. They usually combine the meal with lots of paste, stock, sauce to make them taste good, but they are not really healthy. And the actual fresh ingredients and meat or veggies are actually not enough for 2 people. So I’m not satisfied with the overall value.

I love that everything is pre portioned, there is an abundance of choice regarding recipes that are easy to make. The food is lovely and I haven't found anything that I don't like.

Easy to navigate around d the site and choose your meals. Lots of choice and always a great taste! The meals always take much longer to cook that suggested so give plenty of time. Only criticism is the shelf like of the perishable products.

Our box was delivered by a car courier
Once opening the box we found a rotten apple and lettuce that was unusable.
This was our first order with this company and we won’t be returning. Lots of advertising but delivery and quality let the whole experience down

Ricky is my usual delivery person he knocks on the door and waits for me to open it.
When he was off the other week the delivery person didn't knock I heard a van door close and looked out to find my delivery on the door step.
I always stay in my kitchen so that I don't miss the knock.Where I live it's not safe to leave delivery's outside.

The recipes and food are great, the last app upgrade seems to have been a disaster, the app won’t work, and won’t allow me change anything, so I have had to cancel all deliveries.
Still awaiting someone to try and sort it out, after contacting customer support twice!

Now cancelled as they can not get it right. 7 weeks in a row it’s ether not turned up, only half the order in the box, items missing, box wet and falling apart or just so late the ice melted and food wet.
I really wish you could put pictures on these reviews as it would paint a perfect picture.
