I logged onto my Hello Fresh account to cancel and there was no subscription available, I had previously been on to look into it so assumed it had been cancelled. No deliveries appeared. Lo and behold today I have been charged and multiple deliveries have appeared. They will not refund me the money, they will only issue a credit note and they will not escalate my complaint unless I cancel this weeks delivery and accept a credit note (when I want my whole account cancelled). They are saying my last activity was skipping deliveries but I have logged in since. They will point blank refuse to refund any money and simply want to keep you in the subscription regardless. I would honestly avoid because of this sort of thing.
I have no issues with the food or quality, I simply do not want it which is a concept Hello Fresh do not seem to understand.

We've been Hellofresh customers for years, and on the whole they are excellent. On occasion the weekly box is a little late arriving or there is the odd missing ingredient but this is the exception rather than the norm. Wide variety of meals to choose from which are easy to prepare, cook and taste great. Recommended

The system works well in terms of ordering, delivery and customer service.
There are a good variety of recipes to choose from.
However, we find that some recipes , especially the pasta/rice/noodle dishes, which sound different are actually the same ingredients tweaked slightly. If We forget to change our order ( our daily), the meals can feel much of a muchness.
Also we have found the quantity of protein had dropped. Our order for 3 will really only feed 2. Whilst I understand that protein is expensive and veg is good for, I find we sometimes have to add more protein.
Finally, we waste a lot of rocket. We may have 3 packs in our box and eat only one. The rest goes off and in the bin. Again, I understand that a recipe is packed to the letter, a bit of thought might save waste. Does this box really need 3 packs of rocket to garnish their food?
Overall though, as long as we play our part in ordering, Hello Fresn is a help in our lives.

There was no recipe for one of the meals, when requested it to be posted it has yet to arrive!
When ice packs are included they are not wrapped around the vulnerable item.. they separate in the post and therefore not protected. Both times the ice pack is pretty melted by the time it arrives. There should be some kind of insulation. With other companies, food and ice is kept together with a bubble wrap sleeve.
With my second batch of meals I didn’t have two of the fresh ingredients.. no baby corn, no peas.. there was a substitute of rather tired looking green beens.. not at all appropriate for the dish. All in all a very disappointing start!

So far, the recipes have been easy, healthy and tasty.
If there was an option for a single-person, I would probably give 5 stars.

The meals are good but the customer service is awful, its more expensive than other companies, the portion sizes are decreasing and most weeks there are ingredients missing. Sometimes my bix doesn’t even arrive. Thinking of changing to Gusto.

Received my first box yesterday. But, it had been delivered to the wrong address. Is was NOT Evri's fault! The address on the box was, 1, High Street when it should have been 1, Church Park.
Consequently, the ice had thawed and although everything was very well packed, when I went to cook the chicken today it definitely smelt off, regardless of the note you put in to say it is the way you try to preserve it.
I went ahead and cooked it anyway and it was delicious. I love the way everything is clearly marked and packed plus very easy to cook. I hate cooking but this was so easy and very quick.
Well two hours later I am still here so the chicken must have been okay, time will tell.
In the meantime I have has to cancel my subscription for now as of Thursday I will be working abroad. I will definitely come back to you as soon as I am back.
You have made a very reluctant cook happy! Thank you.

I did not receive baguettes with my sea bream meal. only had one week so far but has gone well. quality freshness all good. very tasty & not too fiddly.

Boxes go missing and don’t arrive, quality is hit and miss with ingredients, customer service can’t speak english. At least they take accountability and refund the items. But then again, i have no food so i have to spend twice as much at the shops to live on for the week.

The standard of the food has gone downhill since we last had this a few years ago. None of the veg seems fresh and arrives on it's last legs and some of the meat only has a couple of days use by, which is no good for a week plan.
Customer service is non existent and so unhelpful once they have you signed up.

Absolutely awful experience with HelloFresh. I had been a loyal customer for over 6 years and had recommended them to multiple family members, all of whom have now cancelled after seeing how this was handled.
There had already been issues recently with missing ingredients, poor delivery service, and problems with the app, but last week was the final straw.
I updated my order days before delivery, changed all of my meals, and reduced my box from 5 meals to 4. Despite this, HelloFresh delivered 5 completely different pre-selected meals that I never chose.
When I contacted customer service, one advisor claimed they could see timestamps proving I selected the meals but refused to provide any evidence before abruptly ending the chat. Another advisor then completely contradicted this and claimed I had not logged into my account for two weeks, despite me offering to prove otherwise.
Instead of properly investigating what was clearly either a system issue or ordering error, they simply blamed the customer and shut down the complaint. They even advised that they had received feedback from customers the app had not been working correctly.
Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and more interested in ending chats than resolving the issue. Very disappointing experience and I’ve now completely lost trust in the company. I’d strongly recommend taking screenshots of every order change you make because if something goes wrong, they will not admit fault.

Shocking company. No warning money is about to be taken from your account, way too much packaging, delivery is terrible- sometimes do not ring the bell and leave boxes on the step to be stolen- literally no follow up when you complain about broken items and stolen boxes: I have lost 4 boxes and had 3 severely damaged.
Would never recommend. Much better alternative companies out there.

Cancelled my HelloFresh account and switched to Gusto, then randomly started receiving boxes again weeks later. No money was ever taken from my account for these deliveries, which makes it even clearer they weren’t properly authorised orders. I called and asked for deliveries to stop, yet another box still arrived anyway. Now I’ve received a £60 debt collector letter from them for food I never ordered. Spoke to customer service again today and they said there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and billing practices.
