Box went missing and Hello Fresh were…
Box went missing and Hello Fresh were unable to tell me when it would arrive or be clear about my entitlements to a refund. The whole experience was frustrating, confusing and time consuming.
Box arrived after being in transit for 48 hours. Food was room temperature, including chicken, and not safe to eat.
Refund was granted eventually.
However, next payment was double charged. The whole experience left me out of pocket and without food for the week that we were counting on to feed my family.

I have made quite a few recipes now
I have made quite a few recipes now. So easy to follow the instructions. Easy to do when you have all the ingredients too. They are quick recipes so not long periods of time in the kitchen. I like that.

I have the box for 4 people but there…
I have the box for 4 people but there are only 3 of us. Some proteins just arent big enough. The buns felt stale and crumbled. The buns are a perfect size though. Flavors are lovely

We are really enjoying the flexibility of HelloFresh, it’s great being able to change the amount of meals from one week to the next depending what we have on as a family. Also love the amount of recipes to choose from each week! Makes it easier for us not to think about what to make each week. Slightly unfortunate that you can’t choose your billing day as the current day doesn’t always work well for our family - would love this to be an option one day
