In general the meals are ok but the variety is repeated regularly. I have often found less than fresh vegetables a day after delivery and despite emailing, nothing has been done.

I'm generally happy with the recipes, the products and the delivery. Sometimes the quantities of the portions are very small. I usually order for 3 people but for some recipes is just enough for 2 people. I also wish that I could use my pluxee card with Hello Fresh and hope this will come in the future.

The recipe booklet was in Flemish (even though my account was in French) which I speak even less than French.
There are many expats like me in Brussels who do not speak French or Flemish, and for us it is very difficult to follow the recipes. So, I am hoping for instructions is English.

The products are very fresh, and the recipes change every week, so there is always something new to cook. There is a great variety of recipes to choose from, ranging from Mediterranean and Asian to American and Oriental cuisines. Delivery is always on time. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer an option to choose English as the language for both the website and the recipe book.

Starting from my very first box, the payment didn't go through automatically (although 2 cents were taken from my account to prove it's active) which caused me loosing an offer.
But after that it got worse. Couple of boxes I received with zero problems (if I wasn't home, it was left at a reception of a wellness center which is located in the same building). Suddenly it was an issue to deliver it - I was home the entire day and no one even tried to deliver it (not to mention the center was open 9am-9pm). The money was taken and when I approached the support team for a refund or a re-delivery, I was told it's not possible and my own fault because I didn't calk immediately (the information about this changes in multiple terms of service places). The workers of "Customer service" just left the conversation in the second when I mentioned a complain (twice with different workers). Purely unacceptable.
I got my money back only due to contacting the main office and after claiming inconsistencies in their terms of service.
Best part? They suddenly delivered another package (yes, it was suddenly possible) without taking payment (which they told me is impossible) and asked an immediate payment.
I really do not like this scheme and will never order from them again. 2 stars are for the food because the recipes were really good and delicious! But sometimes the products weren't fresh.

The recipes in general are quite good. However, every family has a bit different preference on the saltiness/spiciness of the food they cook. At the moment there's no way to say - please reduce the spice package to half for us, or do not include A, B, C spice/sauce package for us. That has resulted us having a big shoe box full of unused spice packages for us because we simply prefer the meals with way less salt/spices in them. And it does go broadly to waste sadly, which is something that has made me think whether to switch to options which might regulate that part a bit better. We do not like to create food waste and that includes receiving spice/sauce packages which will go unused.
A solution could be to start asking during the selection of meals, whether the client wants spices to be included or not (a bit like by the takeaway platforms). That would be quite a desirable outcome for us and would keep us using HelloFresh also for a longer term.

In general, the company and services are very good. The food is tasty, and it is always fresh. Receipts are interesting and easy.
I would improve the possibility of excluding some products so as not to waste them. For example, I don't eat garlic and onion and throw them away from every box.

In most of the cases experience is positive - the products are fresh, the preparation is clear, the app is working fine.
The only thing which is not so good is the quality of "Lanieres de cuise de poulet kebab". Every single time this chicken is in low quality, the pieces look like the leftovers and I have to cut off around 1/4 of the package: the tendons, fat, unclear vascular formations. SO ANNOYING!

I would like to share some feedback regarding the recipes we receive. Overall, they are interesting and well-selected, but there are a few points we would like to highlight:
Spices – They are often spicy, without this being indicated anywhere. This leads to unpleasant surprises, and it would be very helpful if spicy ingredients were clearly marked in the recipe description.
Inaccuracies in the instructions – Sometimes steps are missing or not clearly explained. We also notice discrepancies between the printed recipe we receive in the box and the version of the same recipe on your website. For example, the recipe for the pear and blue cheese salad contains noticeable differences.
Lack of English language option – Neither the website nor the printed recipes include an English version. This creates significant inconvenience and makes it difficult to follow the instructions, especially for people who do not speak the local language.

Food is good and instructions very clear however as I am bilingual in French and English it would be much easier to receive the menus and instructions in French as opposed to Dutch in which I received the instructions

The recipes were really good, all products as well!
Had some difficulties with payment (for some reason 2 cents came off but the payment for the box not),but eventually everything was okay.
It's not so cheap but with the sales I love it!
Gives me chance to eat healthier and more veggies 🥕
