Terrible, absolutely terrible app!
They make cancelling hard, I didn't even have the option on the app even though my last subscription was paid and my cash advance was paid as well. I had to go to the website to do it, which is just sneaky.
When you send them a message through email (because their AI chat bot is worthless) it takes hours - sometimes days for someone to respond, and even then the responses seem highly scripted, I wouldn't be surprised if these are bots as well.
Just stay away.

I've had it for about 4 months. So far, it has been very useful and is a great way to get emergency cash when you need it. The fees are also very reasonable.

Payment system is horrible
Everything being auto pay and you guys pulling the payment from my account at midnight as soon as the day hits I dont have direct deposit like that my checks dont land at midnight you guys are causing over draft fees like crazy costing me more money than you even lend me, all the other companies like Dave and tilt and cleo all offer me to pay when I can on the due date when I get my check into the bank and send friendly reminders to let me know istead of screwing me like you guys do. I also have overdraft protection on my bank account for autopay protection and stuff like this but you guys submit it in a way that makes my bank think I went out of my way to process that payment so they hit me with the overdraft fee every time. Between the membership and the credit builder you guys have cost me 60 dollars every month since ive had this account because you try to pull the money way too soon and I get hit with fees
