The new wipes SUCK!!!! When you squeeze them, soapy looking suds come out, also super thin and have a chemical smell. Even the package is cheap. Change them back!!

Their diapers are generally good, but they changed their wipes. The new wipes are thin, have an unpleasant smell, stick together, and the top tab broke off. Never had any of these issues before. Going to stop ordering the wipes.

We love the diapers- we have used them for my daughter’s entire life! The problem is the new wipes are terrible! They smell awful and are very thin. I wish the subscription came without them because I feel like I am wasting money on the wipes.

A previous reviewer hit the nail on the head with their review of the new wipes. They are HORRIBLE! I reached out to them and their response was that they had to switch manufacturers to keep up with inventory. I get that, but it is definitely a different product and not worth it. Diapers are ok, but I will probably switch back to Honest co or find a different brand.

I got my recent order from Hello Bello and am so disappointed with their adjustment to the baby wipes. To be honest, their diapers are cute, but the real reason I get the diaper subscription is for their wipes, they feel thick, cotton-like, water-based, have "grips", strong packaging and are the best wipes I have found yet (and I've been through a lot!). Not anymore. They are now thin, stretchy, non-cotton feel - you know the type, where the poop just smears around instead of being absorbed by the wipe, the packaging says water based still, but I can feel and see suds when I grab the wipe - ew. Speaking of the packaging, it is now thin, crinkly (like, loud), and after the very first time I opened the package, the top flap broke off. And last but not least, when you try to pull one wipe out, twenty come along with it - which makes sense! because thats how many you will now need for changing your little one's diaper. I will cancel my future orders and go back on the hunt for the best water based wipes, heading back to the Honest Co. for now. BUMMER!

Amazing customer service - one time didn’t receive extra wipes I ordered and was sent completely box of triple the amount of wipes!
Easy subscription and love having diapers just appear on my doorstep.
Picking patterns is fun.
Would recommend sizing up though but that’s easy enough.

Baby girl is wearing size 3 weighs 15 pounds so they are not too small and got this terrible rash in the front area her skin is all red and red little bumps on the front of her girls part. Very very odd. Only have been wearing them for two days.I will not be continuing these and canceling my subscription with the bundle on their website. I’m sad I wanted to keep them, they’re so cute but it’s just not working out. Had a huge blowout today which went everywhere. Just terrible.The company was actually very professional when they answered my phone call quickly and email me a return label quickly did not have any issues with ending my subscription or my money back. Can’t complain.

I ordered diapers for my Grandson and yes I did not read the fine print about this being a subscription.
I send an email expressing my desire to stop only to be sent and charged two additional shipments before I called to cancel. Their cancellation email used the phase "Yep, your Hello Bello subscription was cancelled". Not too classy!

Honestly the only good thing about Hello Bello are the cute designs...that’s literally it. Every box I’ve received has been damaged and the last two orders they’ve sent me the wrong size and wrong designs. I wish I could post photos...! Hello Bello needs to figure it’s’ stuff out because this is the absolute worst company I’ve ever bought stuff from. And not to mention they’re not cheap so you’re NOT getting your moneys worth. Today’s the last day I’m ever ordering from them.

Poor customer service. Order arrived damaged twice. Difficult to get someone to fix it. Didn’t reply to email or phone message. Not worth the hassle.

Horrible company. They don’t use a scrap of padding for their cheap baby bath bottles. My first order arrived saturated in soap with multiple bottles having been squashed. I thought it was a fluke and was assured by customer service it wouldn’t happen again. My second order arrived worse, the bottles of soap once again not padded and broken with soap spilled over everything. Customer service reps Shaina and Lanna couldn’t care less. I’m short diapers, I’m covered in soap, soap all over my floor, for the SECOND time. And for the second time my kids get so excited to see the fun boxes arrive just to have to watch them get trashed because they’re saturated in soap. Hello Bello’s solution is having me pack everything up to send it back after I account for each item that is or isn’t usable under the soap spill. I don’t want to bother with trying to get slimy soap off of my baby’s products anymore. I don’t want to have to fight with customer service again to not use my own resources to try and send their mess back to them. I’ve never experienced this kind of issue in ordering bath products, and HelloBello offered it not once, but TWICE, and have zero interest in making it right. If this were my company I’d be embarrassed. Of my products, of the way they use zero packing materials for clearly cheap bottle of soap, and my customer service reps who sound more like they’re trying to ensure they don’t waste one extra dime more than they have to on you, even though you’re the one out cleaner, paper towels, and gas to make an extra trip for diapers and baby bath when you had relied on HelloBello to be a half decent company. I’ve ended up with nothing but time and money wasted.

I love love love the rash cream from HelloBello. I would put 5 stars for this cream. We use it everyday for 5 months now, a little amount of cream and we still have a lot of product in the bottle. My baby never had a rash.
I also tried the sloth diapers….. that’s why I gave a 4 stars, they miss the mark with this one. The diapers are really cute and soft but it is not holding a lot of pee. I never had leaks but I have to change it after an hour because it was so full already. Now I use them for photoshoot or for an events but I don’t recommend to go somewhere with them, you risk to have a surprise.

I have also tried the lotions and the shampoo. It smell so nice and didn’t give my baby any rash or redness. I love them.

Picked my diapers before they sold out, paid, they messaged me and canceled my order because their website “flagged it”. MY DIAPER ORDER. Worst experience. Now the ones I want are sold out and I don’t get my money back for five days. Save yourself the stress and get a reliable company.

These diapers are horrible!!! we bought 5 pkgs of newborns and after a week and MANY leaks, we threw them out. I cannot believe that celebrities that have children would put out such inferior product. They can afford to sell quality merchandise!!!! I was holding my grandson 10 days old now, and receiving a handful of pee, racing to the sink to dump my handful of pee and to change my grandson’s entire outfit which I put on him 15 min prior

HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!! My daughter has never had any diaper rashes or anything until I switch from Huggies to Hello Bello, I’ve been using wipes n diapers for a month and now my daughter has a hemorrhoid!! Now I know what brand to never buy. I will be switching back to huggies.

The diaper prints were all so cute but my baby got terrible rash/reaction from the diapers!! We had to return and will not be continuing with hello bello.

These are the best diapers I have ever purchased. My son has used them for two years and I can’t say enough good things

If I could give this a 0 I would of, doesn’t even deserve a one star!! Never will I ever but HelloBello products again! The super cream gave my new born baby a BAD diaper rash even when it says it hypoallergenic!!! I never seen a bad diaper rash that she even bled! Don’t buy this product!!!!!!!

I ordered diapers online and got an email from them the next day that they needed a picture of my bank statement to confirm payment?????? I have never heard of such a thing! Money already taken from my account so I replied that I was already charged. Next thing I know, my order is cancelled! I tried to call their help line several times but only received recording that no support agents are available to take my call.

I have been a subscriber for a while now and the past 2 months Hellobello has messed up my bundles. Last month I paid extra for shampoo and lotion and didn’t receive them. I called and told them and they told me I’d have to wait till my next month bundle for them to give me my missing items. Today I received my may bundle and it did have my missing items but now this time the 4 packs of WIPES ARE MISSING! I called customer service and a very rude woman told me to sit my bundle out on my front porch for fed ex to pick up and if I chose not to do they were only going to charge my card! I am canceling my subscription! This is ridiculous!
