Suspect this is a bit of a scam.....I hope it's just me it's happened to. Upon receiving my 'original water colour'....the sale this company is currently doing, I could see straightaway this was just an embellished PRINT. Contacted and was apologised to as the original was 'still in the portfolio'. Waited for the replacement only to receive a larger and even more embellished print. Badly drawn line work on top of the print and poor flat paint added across the bottom where the print has been painted white and colour added.
If you have purchased an 'original water colour' it's easy to check. Use your phone take a pic of a small section...zoom in....if there are tiny regular lines or dot matrix, it's a print. Funnily enough when I raised this again, no communication back just a cancelled order, now waiting a refund. If you have purchased a print it's fine...if you purchased the 'original water colour' please check it.

Canvas arrived promptly and absolutely thrilled with the quality.

Received 10 prints today that I had ordered. I’m really really happy with them. They are great quality print on good quality paper/card. I can’t believe the quality of what I received for the small price I paid (Just over £12 including delivery for 10 prints).
I highly recommend Helen Clark and her unique and beautiful artwork. With my highland cow obsession I imagine I’ll be ordering again soon, just need to find somewhere to put the 10 prints I have first.

I have received my 3 canvas quite quickly, It took 10 days to received them. They are fantastic. Just for information, people coming from UE, you need to pay customs charges.

Been let down by this company 3 times now. I was sent the wrong print of my dog (which took ages to come) and was promised by Helen Clark that she’d send another of the correct print. I’ve been waiting 2 years now! I gave her another chance by ordering a calendar and a canvas this year. Calendar fell to bits as it had been incorrectly put together and the canvas was far smaller than the original one I’d ordered. This is no way to run a business, there is no point contacting them. Nobody does anything to sort these complaints!

Ordered a canvas printed bag on 28th November 2025, hoping it would be delivered quickly 7-10 days as stated on the website. Various emails sent over the next month all signed by Helen using every excuse under the sun. Finally when I asked for a refund on the 20th December 25 she finally admitted not having this item in stock!! She was more than happy to take my money a month ago and lied about why there was a delay. Than on the 21st December I got a notification stating item was now with a courier. Item was recieved on 24th December packed what I can describe as part of a cheap carrier bag, packaging was ripped and looked like it had been kicked about by every person who had handled it. Item itself is quite substandard. Would get far better cheaper at any craft shop or stall. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to be disappointed.

Its been 3 three weeks since order made! emails and would you believe it, not taking any responsibility for actions. I have put a charge back with my bank for goods not received. Dont take orders if you fail to dispatch in the 7-10 time frame!

I received my first canvas which was lovely and just as expected. I received an email offering me 10% off 2026 calendars but there was nowhere to input the code. I contacted Helen Clark art and although I sent the email as proof they said they hadn’t offered a discount in a long time - not great at all

This company is a total rip off! I Ordered watercolour pencil drawn portraits and what i recieved was an absolute piece of shit! Nothing was Pencil drawn or watercolour. What i got back was my pictures with a pathetic filter over the top of it that i could have done on my phone for free! Not only that they didnt pay for the postage they stuck my address on and posted it. That is a joke in itself!
I tried to get a refund and explain what they are doing to people is wrong!
I got spoke to like i was a piece of crap via emails, i tried everything. They marked the portraits as refunded but i didnt recieve anything bar the postage i had to pay. I am reporting them to trading standards!

Does take around 10 days for delivery but quality is amazing for the price. Prints are great. I was apprehensive ordering when I read the reviews but Helen emailed and also read messages on her website.

3 weeks no delivery on the occasion they did reply to my email I was told it had been dispatched and then contradicted. Claims the post is slow around the area. What absolute BS should have read the reviews on here first.

These have got to be the worst quality prints I've ever purchased. The customer service is terrible. If I could actually show you the cheap paper and poor smudged colour printing in a photograph I would. Stay away from this seller altogether as it isn't worth the bin that'll these will be going in

Picture was not in alignment picture shows highland cow withh 3/4 horns other picture has print of something else on side.Emailed several times but no reply.steer clear definitely would not reccomended

I took advantantage of an offer on Facebook for 3 for 2 calendars. When I reached the checkout, the postage price was £6.99, which I thought was a bit steep but hey-ho. It stung a bit more, when I received my shipping confirmation and the package was sent 2nd class and wasn't tracked. I was even more miffed when it arrived and the calendars didn't have envolopes and weren't even protected, but just put in a mailer bag. 1 of them was slightly mushed in the corner. I don't have time to exchange it, as it is a Christmas gift.
It's pretty obvious that I wouldn't be purchasing 3 calendars for myself and that they would be gifts. Therefore, a bit more consideration with the packaging would go a long way. Also, the package was the size of a Royal Mail large letter and thus would only have cost £2.70 to post. I know this, as I am also a small business and post all of my orders Tracked48 in mailer boxes.
It's such a shame, because the calendars are lovely and will hopefully give a lot of pleasure throughout the year. For that, I'm grateful

Gorgeous prints brilliantly made canvases and not to tough on the bank the detail in Helen’s paintings is perfect. Wide range of artwork website is easy to use and cost is well documented too new paintings added regularly gets addictive ❤️

The web site looked very professional, I loved the pictures and, as they were advertising an offer, I decided to order 3 barn owl prints, £60 for the 3 plus post and package. When the canvases arrived I was so disappointed, the quality was awful, cheap and nasty, one frame was broken. I contacted the company and told them what I thought and asked for a refund. I returned the canvasses, another £12.95. I have heard nothing. I emailed the company and have not received any aknowledgement whatsoever. Do not be fooled by the website.

Fantastic prints and great value for money.
Will be recommending to all my family and friends.

A lot of this work is free clip art and the artist is claiming that it's hers. If you use Google Reverse Image you can check for yourself. People are being scammed
