Do not waste your money on Hannah James Dublin. I was lured in by what looked like high-quality clothing, but the items I received were absolute rubbish and nothing like the photos. I ordered a dress and a pair of blue velvet loafers. The dress is a complete rag—the fabric is paper-thin, the sizing is completely wrong, and the quality is bottom-tier. As for the shoes, they aren't even velvet; they are a cheap, synthetic material that looks nothing like the advertisement. This is a classic "bait and switch" drop-shipping site using a Dublin name to appear local and trustworthy. Don't fall for it like I did.

I would not give them any stars but you have to leave one to leave a review. Do not touch this company total scam . I ordered 2 dress this was advertised as a London boutique the quality was bad as well as the sizing not like the picture asked for a refund you have to send it back at your own cost I did this turned out it is based in china not London I sent them the tracking as requested and shockingly the parcel has no tracking since reaching china I have lost over £100 Uk evri - who I used to return the parcel- will not deal with it and china said sorry it is lost in the system and they are looking for it - I’ve lost money with the clothes and with the return the company will not answer emails either

This garment is of very poor quality and certainly not representative of the advertised garment.
I have sent 4 emails now without reply regarding returning the garment without no reply.
Avoid this company at all costs and falsely advertise as a London Boutique....very poor and even worse customer service.

Ordered a coat. I spent a long time trying to see where they was based. I received the item. Sent it straight back, followed their return t & a. Sent them the tracking number and they went quiet. I have now requested a refund via my credit card. Suddenly they emails me asking me to cancel the charge back request as they are a small business and I have received my item… DO NOT ORDER.

Took ages to come. Quality was totally rubbish and impossible to return.

This is a scam. They dont offer money back, just 5% - they are based a long way away so is too expensive to return the goods. They do not have an office in London or anywhere in Europe.

Avoid!!! Poor customer service, that mean to be London Boutique but it’s China cheap and very poor quality items. Nothing like pic. No way of refund. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Another victim of this scam. I ordered from this website seeing a London Boutique advertised online. First concern was no tracking available and the parcel took a long time to arrive. The item that arrived was really poor quality and not like the photos. I e-mailed lots but received a robotic response that a small percentage could be refunded or post back to China. Please avoid this site

Item arrived after a long delay - such poor quality. I wanted a refund but being ignored now - absolute scam. AVOID. Very misleading organisation.

Not good at all. Awful quality, and no label. XL was too small so the jacket doesn’t fit at all despite the recommended size. I wish that I had checked on here before buying. No reply yet after asking for return information. Don’t buy from here.

Poor service goods arrived to late, tried to return items as not what l ordered either. Received email to say unable to return item but would refund me £3.00 I said no now ignoring my emails. This company needs to be banned from advertising they are a rip off

Seems I fell for their scam too. I usually always check Trustpilot when I come across a new retailer - obviously I didn’t this time 🤦🏻‍♀️
Ordered 2 shirts, whilst they are okay’ish (when they finally arrived!) the colour is completely different to advertised & the fit isn’t great either.
Despite emails & messaging via FB for their returns process, heard nothing!
Do not order anything from this site!

100% do not buy anything from this company!! the trousers i got were a complete joke!! they looked nothing like the photos!!!!! I am , i appreciate lucky in my size and can were most trousers !! these ones looked like i should have been at a fancy dress !! they are in my charity bag but actually i think it would be truly unfair to dump them on a charity shop were people try their best to give their best !! they are going in the bin!! please stop trapping and robbing people and do something more worthy in your life!!!!!!!

Received three dresses today from here .omg absolutely tat. Nothing like as shown on their website . Avoid at all costs . Only good enough to use as dusters .

Website is completely misleading, items sent from China, took ages to arrive and when they did they were cheap and tacky. No option anywhere to request a refund

This company is horrendous - stay clear of them. They are the biggest scam out. Pretend to be an established British company but are a tacky outfit based in China. Clothes take ages to arrive and, when they do, they are so tacky, you wouldn’t be seen dead wearing them!! And to top it all, you have to pay to return the items to CHINA!

It seems that I am the next ‘victim’ of this ‘roque’ selling site. Goods ordered ages ago…. Not arrived… no proper tracking facility…. Just leads you to site that is doing its best to get you to buy more while you’re waiting for your delivery which is ‘getting nearer’ according to the silly little symbol it shows! I realise now that if my goods should actually arrive, the refund guarantee is not going to be valid. What a painful waste of time and money! Maybe my goods will actually arrive one day? Gift for birthday has long passed!
