I ordered a dress from this company back in July, they sent the tracking info in August, it said was delivered, yet it wasn't, it was sent to the wrong address, the post office confirmed the tracking number they provided, didn't match my house, I contacted them company, they said they would send out a new dress on August 16th, they never sent it out. I disputed it with my credit card company, they lied to the credit company and said it was delivered, even though they post office said it wasn't and they confirmed it was lost in transit, the dress was 139.99 that I never received and they won't make good on it, first and last time dealing with the scam of a company.

I ordered 2 dresses to figure out which one would fit. They arrived with no tags, no sizes, cheap thin fabric. They are poor quality. Took forever to get to me. I kept one and tried to return another… after getting multiple email offers to keep the dress for partial refund, they finally gave me an address. I paid over $30 to send it back to Italy… and ups now says they need more info to deliver… Helena bloom won’t give me the info… ups can’t deliver so now I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not buy from them.

BUYERS BEWARE — I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Helena Bloom.

I ordered a dress, pants, and a top, and I was shocked by the extremely poor quality. The fabric felt cheap and very synthetic, and the actual products did not meet the expectations created by the photos and presentation on the website.

The return experience was even worse. Their website advertises “30-day easy returns” and says eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. However, when I tried to resolve the issue with customer service, after going back and forth, I received only a 30% refund.

This experience left me feeling completely misled and very disappointed. I personally would never trust this company with another purchase and will never shop here again.

I’m posting this review to warn other customers: please do your research and think very carefully before spending your money here.

I ordered a dress from this company. When I received it three weeks later it was different than the product pictured. I ordered a size medium and was sent what looks to be a 3XL. There are no tags in the garment to say what size it is or the brand. It is very poor quality. I have emailed the company three times about a return/refund and commented on their facebook page. I have not received an email response and they have deleted all my comments on their ads and FB page.

Do not buy. Agree is zero star was available that would be my rating. A complete scam. When product finally arrived , the quality was shameful. Ordered a small dress and received something other yet the tab was removed. Returning for full refund impossible. We’ll see if they actually provide partial refund. Learned my lesson, review companies before ordering. They should be removed and shut down. Shameful!
