For International Buyers! Don't take the risk, you will be disappointed!
Beforehand I asked Helander about packaging and international shipping. They guaranteed good packaging and they have never had any complaints.
I bought two small paintings and two china tableware for 585 euros and paid 143 euros for shipping in two boxes.
The objects arrived damaged in soft cardboard boxes and could no longer be sold.
It took half a year before I got a definitive answer; 20 euro coupon for future auction, (in other words; their middle finger)!
Terrible communication and zero service. Be warned and don't believe their promises!
