Such a pleasant, relaxing experience. Heinz asked what I'd like and I suggested a shorter fringe. And the rest I left to him. Was walking on air as I left! So pleased with my new hair-do.

This second haircut by Heinz went further in making the different lengths "work". What a fine haircut. Thank you Heinz.

Heinz Schumi is great! Thoughtful and careful, he doesn’t whip through the haircut. Spends time with his clients and will make take time making adjustments. No rush, great style, trust him with your head! If you’ve ever had your hair treated poorly at a hair salon this is the place to go to!

The famous, hugely talented and charismatic Heinz Schumi, hairdresser to the stars knows how to make a natural look with a much needed dash of glamour! I highly recommend the experience. He has a lovely bright salon in South Kensington. With ease he rectified my hair which had been damaged through COVID, after months of having to be my own hairdresser. With relative ease and calm I was transformed. I would highly recommend the experience. He creates a calming experience for men and women. I was camera ready by the time I left.

Heinz is amazing!!! He took me from red to a beautiful blonde, giving me a wonderfully natural look. I feel very spoiled and glamorous! If you have an opportunity to have Heinz do your hair, grab it. There is a reason why he is a star and a legend in hairdressing.

After the 2 lockdowns, for the first time in my life I had long hair! It's honestly not the best look for a man of my uncertain(!) age, so yesterday I finally decided to get it cut short. Of course, I went to Heinz Schumi, who has been my hairdresser and a good friend for decades. He literally gave me the best haircut I've ever had in my life. He's always brilliant, but this one was somehow absolutely exceptional. Feels amazing!!! I'm super happy! I would never go anywhere else and I strongly recommend Heinz Schumi to everyone! He's the best!

Heinz has been cutting my hair exquisitely since I was old enough to have any hair to cut. In all that time (a few decades now, in fact!), I’ve never had anything but a brilliant haircut from him. It’s a genuine pleasure to be in the presence of someone who’s so clearly a master of their profession.

His staff are as charming and professional as he is, plus the salon is an easy journey, being right outside South Kensington tube — I can nip there from work without fuss. I have however also travelled many hours from university to the salon to have Heinz cut my hair. A minor obstacle when the perfect haircut is on offer.

I couldnt possibly go to any other hairdresser other than Heniz when in London. The location is iconic, premices special and cut!... well, nothing but sublime. Heniz in his element truly is in a league of his own when he is doing what he loves and does best. Thank you again! X

I have two sons, 10 and 15 years old, who are impossible to please when it comes to getting their hair cut. I took them both to see Heinz who patiently listened to what they wanted and explained step by step what he was going to do.

The results were fantastic, both boys look great, appreciated having their opinions respected, and for the first time are really happy with their haircuts.

I wouldn't normally have thought of taking a child and a teenager to someone as well respected as Heinz, but having now done it, I cannot recommend him highly enough, and will not even be considering going anywhere else with them from now on.

I have known Heinz Schumi since the 70s and last year we were reunited (I now live in deepest Wiltshire) I am so happy that he is now cutting my hair once again as he is simply the best! A true expert in his field as well as charming and wonderfully speedy. His haircuts always make me feel like a new woman. He is definitely worth the journey to London!

Melanie did a wonderful job of my hair colour (highlights) and styling . The blow dry and hair treatment lasted for an entire week (including resilient to at times rainy weekend in Prague)! In fact I did not wash my hair for an entire week! Thank you so much Heinz Schumi and all the team. I am so grateful for the care, attention and professionalism.
