Even one star is too much.
I ordered two furniture mounting brackets because the webshop stated: “order before 23:00 today, delivered tomorrow.” This turned out to be completely untrue.

I’ve now been waiting for several days. The excuse I get is that there will be an update “within five days,” while the track & trace was already created on day two — and still isn’t usable because the package hasn’t even been handed over to DHL yet.

Very misleading information and a disappointing experience. I expected much more reliability.

They f*cked up packaging and now ghost my emails. Wont buy again.

Worst experience ever. Don't order from this company. I've order and pay for the products that should have been sent in 3 days, they never sent it and when I've reached out they told me the products were out of stock and they would have order by the next month. One month later I have no news, I try to contact them via email, phone, wherever I can and I have no answer. I spent more than 100 euros and they have disappeared.

I had been looking for a suitable coat hanger with a curved top to enable a coat to be hung without losing its shape. After many hours searching online I found the Mital coat hook Moon, they arrived yesterday and were installed today and they are absolutely amazing, one of the best pieces of design that I have seen for decades, I would put the design of these in the same category as the Phillip Starck lemon squeezer. Not only do they work as extremely efficient coat hangers they are also perfect to hang my collection of leather hats, also keeping their shape perfectly. William Morris once wrote that you should have nothing in your house that isn't either beautiful or useful, this particular product fills both parts of this statement perfectly.

Bad company. No confirmation or no service! Never shop here!

This was the only supplier I could find that makes solid brass grommet I needed for my desk. Delivery costs were high and the trust pilot scores worried me a bit, but I had no alternative.

The part arrived quickly and as described. All emails however were in German, so I expect that most of the issues people are having are because this is a German supplier, and many buyers don't speak German.

I placed an order for 50 envelopes and they only sent me two!
