When Heimdal Security team, taking care of business while we sleep, I sleep better.

Great support for reactivating my license since I upgraded my Motherboard. The email support provided fast reactivation and it means that the antivirus is locking out any potential license thief.

Support team is available round the clock. I had many queries/doubts during the implementation and also post implementation which was answered/resolved without any time delay. SLA of support team is excellent.

FIVE STARS. And I'll tell you why.
I installed the Heimdal security app on my laptop several years ago. So whenever I click on a link, it assesses whether it's risky or not. If it's questionable, up pops a warning alert. When I think the site should be safe, I email Heimdal and typically it only takes a few minutes to get their reply. Sometimes the warning is valid, sometimes the site is safe. One time I ignored the warning, clicked a bad link and got into big trouble. It took me more than an hour to clean up the mess I'd got myself into, using my wife's computer to research how to unlock my computer from the evil thing I'd downloaded.

Heimdal Thor Premium has for the most part been a good introductory anti-viral security package. Many times however the package lacked the malware and adware softwares requiring different add on softwares from competitors. Now, these packages reside in the Heimdal Thor Premium, however, at a cost that is prohibitive for seniors citizens, such as myself. I know that standing up hardware to ensure security for customers is expensive and the costs must be passed on to customers. I can conclude if the protective customer is searching for an effective security package then Heimdal Thor Premium is the better choice.

Great product, easy to implement and impressive feature set!

Hiemdal Security is an amazing company and vendor.

We use Hiemdal for all of our Endpoints for malware, ransomware, and other protections. They have a great dashboard that shows us stats of all of the endpoints, including the server too!

We get email notifications if anything that could be bad is found on any endpoint at all.

The Hiemdal team also works very closely with us as far as internal IT. If we get a notification of a file that might contain malicious stuff or an endpoint that might be compromised, we can send all of the information over to the Hiemdal Security forensics team. This allows us to work with them and find out if it is a false positive or if we need to quarantine the device, do network scans, etc.

Love Heimdal and recommend it to any business, small, medium, or large.

Very good customers service. Security Heimdal is very high performance. The antivirus Heimdal security is very light for the computer. Very easy for product installation. We got our money's worth with this product. I hightly recommend it. Heimdal Security software.

Good service but some communication issues for unknow reason. Issue resolved to my satisfaction. I recommend this product and have it on all my devices.
