I was referred to this salon by my daughter-in-law, and upon entering, I was struck by the warm ambiance that immediately put me at ease. A sign on display politely requested that patrons exercise patience, assuring personalized attention despite being engaged with their current client. The exceptional service lived up to their promise. This salon marked my inaugural visit to a nail salon, and I appreciated that they didn't attempt to upsell me on services beyond what I initially requested. My stylist Helen demonstrated not only expertise but also commendable patience, dedicating the necessary time to ensure my complete satisfaction. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment, awarding it a flawless rating of 10 out of 10.

Heidi takes care of my lashes and Dmitri my nails. If I ever am needing specific things, they are accommodating and kind. Highly recommend this salon.

I would not use again. I was washing my hands after a gel nail application. Not polish but refill. I saw a dark spot on one of my nails. I asked what it was. Turns out it was a fungus or bacteria because "water got under" WHY would you not treat the problem??? Maybe if she had mentioned it, but she assumed I wouldn't see it, and tried to cover it up. Terrible, never going back. My new place immediately removed the gel and I am treating the nail.

Everytime I go there I see Tong. He is very patient, polite, helpful and definitely good at his job. The entire staff is just as good. I am greeted by name and a bunch of smiles. I feel very comfortable there as always . Thank you

My nails always look amazing and I constantly get compliments on them. I get acrylics usually from Heidi or Anna, they both pay such great attention to detail and do great designs as well. Highly recommend!

Always always always a 5 star experience. I have been going to Heidi’s since the beginning of this year, and they are the only salon whose nails can last 5+ weeks. The retention is always so amazing and they’re always willing to try new things and they turn out great every time!
