I wish I seen this sooner. The dental powder is not as advertised, it's generic and shipped from China and I didn't even open it. Unfortunately I did the autoship, which by the time I received the first one, they had already charged for the second month.. I repeatedly emailed them about the issue and finally they took me off the autoship. They asked me to email a video of the product and promised a refund.. but this is where the communication stopped. Absolutely a scam.

Heicos sent me the dog dental powder instead of Feline Smile Advance. I emailed over and over before I got a response from them, and then they weren't ever helpful! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! This is a disreputable company. Do NOT use the dog dental powder for your cat. It is bad for them!

Totally disappointed. No response after sending a photo 'proof' that I was sent the wrong product. I've been requesting a correct product or refund since September. If no star was an option I would have selected that.

I ordered 5 of these as I have many cats - I got dog powder - I contacted the company and they asked me to send photos - this was last month - I have written 2 more emails with no reply - Im so pissed off!!!

Like many of the other customers, I also got sent the wrong product. They gave me dog instead of cat dental treatment.
I contacted the seller and did get some response on and off for weeks, which was always the same reply "We will look into it".
Of course, they never did!!!

I took it up with Amex my card provider and they are excellent, refunded me immediately!

Learnt a lesson to always check reviews before buying from some unknown companies!

Complete frustration! Company is in the states but takes nearly two months to get the product and then it was the wrong one! Ordered Heicos for feline dental care and got some generic dog powder. They don’t return phone calls. They answer e-mails only one day a week, usually Monday. I keep getting told that they are looking into it but don’t get an RMA or total refund. Still waiting! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! SCAMMERS!

I wish I would have read these reviews. I'm in the same boat. I ordered it September 8th. After many many emails they finally sent me the product but they sent me the one for dogs instead of for cats. They made me send pictures of what I received. I sent it to them and and they are still trying to decide what they're going to do when I told him now I want my money back. It's a scam. If I would have known this was coming from China I never would have ordered it! This company is a scam!

This is a scam. Received product which was not what I ordered - Dog dental powder, when should have been Feline as advertised. No response to my emails for refund as well as subscription cancellation. They have taken another £18.02 from my credit card so my credit card company is investigating this so called company. Good luck with that! I have had to cancel my credit card as instructed by my credit card company which will also help in stopping Heicos from taking any more money from me. I should also get refund via my credit card company on my behalf once they have investigated Heicos. BUYER BEWARE - SCAM and FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.

Another scam from China. They hate us!
I ordered dental powder for my cat. Received 2 jars with nothing identifying Heicos for DOGS. I left messages at fake phone number and e-mailed.
Another jar arrived yesterday. Two charges on my CC. I have disputed and asked for and investigation.

Company is a fraud. Items ship directly from CHINA, which is not disclosed. After a month I still have not received my order and I am absolutely unable to cancel the upcoming subscription. NO answer to emails and if you call you get a generic "Thank you for calling, please leave a message " and that is literally the message you hear!! I now have to go through my credit card company and hope they can stop any future payments to these people. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Could never reach company. Charged me for a subscription which I didn't agree too! Finally got the product- not pictured as in their add- plus it's for a dog!!-- I have a cat. Also made in China.

After ordering this in July and several email finally got the product Sept. The power is white no direction as how to use it and no scoop. Do not waste your money on this product. Plus it came from China not sure why when I thought this was a USA company. This is a scam.

This is false advertisement, I received a completely different products meant for dogs. I requested a refund, and I haven’t heard back from them. Beware of this scam.

I ordered two jars of the HEICOS Feline Smile Advanced on August 10th. I’ve emailed several times and received an apology with the statement “I’m working with my shipping partner on an ETA”. I just received two jars of nondescript brand dental powder for dogs on 9/17. At this point I just want a refund. Even with the apology I can’t say customer service is good because this person is ignoring my request for a refund. Buyers beware.

UPDATE 10/6: Still no product and no refund.

After reading the reviews from others I realize that I am in the same boat. I ordered this in May and did not receive it so I sent a message in August. I received a different product, so I messaged again and then received 2 of what I wanted. There are no instructions on serving or dosage amounts and there was no measuring scoop in either product. I feel that this company is not that credible by the lack of communication and poor service. I will be throwing this out and not giving it to my pets that I love. More care needs to be provided for pet owners to want to try it out on their pets….not test it out. Complete waste of money and time. Sorry!

took several months from purchasing for products to arrive. Then had to pay $10.60 in postage as the postage on package was FRAUDULENT! this is after paying for shipping at the time of purchase. Due to this I'm very skeptical of giving to my cats as if they won't pay the proper postage why should I believe their products are FRAUDULENT also?

Ordered the Smile feline powder and never got it. It took forever but I finally got a refund after many emails. Yesterday another shipment showed up with only a return address. I googled it and called only to find out it's a trucking company. They said they have received numerous calls about the same thing. I have no way to find out what's going on because Heicos never returns your call

I ordered this item on July 14 and I didn’t get it till September 12th. I sent six emails to them. I called them five times and I leave messages and they never responded back at all so my advice to you is don’t order it. I’m hoping I can return it but I probably can’t because they don’t respond to you.

Purchased 6 Feline Smile Advanced but are instead received 6 Yegbong PetDental tooth cleaning powder ... which is nothing at all like what I purchased. Emailed July 17 about incorrect product. August 4, they only offer a free return of the incorrect item. I email back asking for the correct product. August 21, "Just a quick note to let you know that your message has been received and has now been shared with our team. We'll review it carefully and get back to you as soon as we can with any updates or next steps." Filler response. Its now September 9, still heard nothing, and I'm certain that this company is nothing but a scam.

Order from here end of July still have not received my order and customer services does not return my calls or emails
