Excellent service
I recently bought my first home and had the pleasure of working with Hegarty Solicitors, especially Niveta Ganger. From start to finish, she was absolutely brilliant. She guided me through the whole process with professionalism and patience, always making sure I understood each step. What stood out the most was her attention to detail – nothing was overlooked, and I always felt reassured that I was in safe hands. Buying a first home can feel overwhelming, but thanks to her support it all went smoothly. Highly recommended. As a first time buyer, I had many questions about the process, which were always answered promptly and professionally by Andrew. This was also true of my correspondence with Louise, Alanah-Rose, or Yvonne. Unfortunately there were some documents that were not held by the Land Registry or the developer, but these were still found by Andrew!

Friendly and helpful
Friendly, helpful and caring staff. Most efficient, when I recently amended my will. They went out of their way to make it easy for me. I do feel comfortable knowing that Hegarty are there, should I need their support in some way.

Very disappointed with the service…
Very disappointed with the service received from this firm unnecessary delays dealing with a litigation and wills probate matter even though clear instructions were in place in the will, also unreasonable delays by the wills/probate solicitor, it took the solicitor two and half years notifying DWP the power of attorney was no longer in place also breach of contract by the Litigation Solicitor and conflict of interest by both Solicitors, the unnecessary delays has been very expensive this has resulted in me raising a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman and Solicitors Regulation Authority
