Very disappointing experience with Heelium. The no-show socks were terrible quality and started slipping constantly from the very first wear itself, almost 10 times in a single day. They were extremely uncomfortable and practically unusable.

What made the experience worse was the customer service. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they expected me to ship the goods back myself and were not even willing to arrange a pickup. Very poor product quality and equally poor service. Would not recommend.

Communication was promt from the customer support team. Resolve the product delivery issue in 24 hours.

I have been using heelium products for the last 4/5 years. High quality and lasts long. Would recommend 👌

These socks are terrible. They’re uncomfortably tight, feel cheap, and are priced like a premium product — absolutely not worth the money. To make things worse, they have a no return policy, so you're stuck with a product you’ll never use. Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise against buying Heelium socks. Save your money and go with a brand that actually values comfort, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Be aware with product purchasing. I have purchased their premium towel pack work 2500 Indian rupees. one of them was damaged and returned for replacement they rejected replacement by raising fake reason torn was broken. towel was not even used and torn was same condition as i got. They didn't return same item. I lost my money. I tried to reach them via WhatsApp/email and phone. they didn't respond in way. In simply they are running business SCAM be aware.
