Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I have been sent a faulty earring, where the back constantly falls off and I have been very close to losing the earring on numerous occasions. One of the backs is so evidently looser than the other. When I reached out, they have claimed the only thing the can offer is a discount code or voucher for my next purchase, that’s not solving the problem, that is just making me spend more money with the high risk that the exact same situation will happen again. Very unimpressed.

I had a personally great experience with Heaven Mayhem. I bought their famous knot earrings in December and I am very happy with the product and the packaging and details are very well curated. Overall a good brand, although a bit expensive.
Such bad customer service
Such bad customer service, package arrived two months late with one item not included after saying it went out of stock, then told me they would refund my shipping, after chasing this they then told me it’s non-refundable??? Terrible customer service and completely un empathetic. Someone responded to my email with a completely different problem.
Can't return
All retail extends there return policy during the holidays.. this company will not. So if you order and 10 days go by your stuck even for exchanges. I would never order again.
Read the small print
Read the small print. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged - particularly in a sale - and the quality is poor. Earrings are quick to tarnish. Better companies elsewhere online as there is no desire for customer satisfaction. Wish I'd read the other reviews first.
Purchased Macbook air 13" case cover
Purchased Macbook air 13" case cover. It is very stylish and looks good however there is no way its made to fit. Doesn't even clip on at all far too small. Cost £8 for delivery yet heaven mayhem want £45 to return when the case cost £49.. now trying to sell on Facebook. Its an absolute rip off. Do not go near stick to trusted sites you know well . Customer service is also terrible!
Bought a laptop case as a Christmas…
Bought a laptop case as a Christmas gift for my daughter. On Christmas Day, we reached out to HM saying that we need to exchange it for a different model. They declined our request to return because it was now outside of their 10-day return window. No exceptions for the holiday season. Why bother using them for gifts. Ugh
Wrong product, horrible customer service
I ordered the book box. After over two-three weeks It finally arrived. But the wrong product- I got the laptop case. After over 10 days I got an email & they will not send mw the right product. I claimed on paypal and got the money back. So unprofessional and cheap quality!!!

They will not return earrings due to their policy, which is buried on their website. Says for hygiene reasons. But you can exchange. What’s the difference? So be prepared if you order from them that you are stuck with them. And they are heavy. They are not lightweight as they say that they are. I would not recommend this company. I found others with better quality at a similar price point.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service - there is no phone number at all for this place which should have been my first clue but hey it’s what my daughter wanted - never again. Yes I tried to email but it took two days to get a response but by then the point was moot. Also to add insult to injury they ship with DHL and it’s 22 days past delivery date and still no product. Buyer beware
Defective items no resolution
I purchased jewelry from this brand during a sale, and multiple items turned out to be defective.
I contacted customer service and provided photos and explanations, but I was told that because the items were marked as final sale, no repair or replacement would be offered — even for clear quality issues.
While the communication was polite, the lack of accountability for defective products was disappointing.

Customer care is not there.
I purchased two MacBook cases from this company and accidentally ordered the wrong size. I fully take responsibility for that mistake. That said, the way this company handled it was unacceptable.
Both cases were never used, still in the original packaging, and I offered to return them together in the same box in exchange for the correct size. I even offered to pay the price difference, especially since these were purchased during Black Friday. Their response? “Nothing we can do. Final sale.”
No attempt to help. No flexibility. Just dismissive and rude customer service.
On top of that, the quality is cheap for the price they charge, and they expect customers to shoulder all responsibility with zero support. Policies like this don’t protect a business — they show how little they value their customers.
There’s a reason this company doesn’t allow reviews on their own site. I’m out $100 with nothing to show for it. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
How has this brand not been exposed?
I ordered a pair of earrings on 8 November, they were shipped on 12 November and since 14 November there are absolutely no updates. Customer service is so bad, I’ve sent 10 emails now plus instagram messages and they won’t do anything. I can’t believe this company hasn’t been exposed yet, it’s insane

I placed an order of amount €300 on 19th Nov 2025 (Order Number - 152689211); i still haven’t received my order. They use a pathetic shipping postal called ASENDIA ( the item is stuck and the tracking is not working since past 10 days). Mind you, they charge an extra €30 for International Priority Shipping. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT NO INFLUENCERS ARE TALKING ABOUT IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA??? I will be posting their reality myself so somebody else is mindful before they place an order. Reading at all the reviews here I am dreading that the items (even if they arrive, are going to be of a shit quality). And i doubt they will arrive at all. ALSO, BEAR IN MIND, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE REFUND either! Please think a million times before ordering. What a waste of money (can u imagine spending hundreds of dollars on fake jewellery, still have to deal with all this mess.

The earrings went in a totally broken condition, first they said I can throw them away or keep them I get a refund now they try to negotiate that I should send them back the broken earrings on my own costs. So be careful and buy sth better

Very bad service: I preordered October 17th and it should be shipped by October 21th. Until now nothing happens and the service wrote that they would ship now. This is three days ago and if you check the order status it says that it’s not packed or shipped yet.
