No goods, no refund...
I placed an order on April 28th and money was withdrawn from my account. Due to covid-19, the order was not sent until May 11th, which was perfectly ok.
At the time of writing (95 days since order, and 78 days since it was shipped), I still have not received my goods. I have been in contact with the company several times but have not been offered a solution. They only refer to the USPS investigation. My request for a refund has been denied. Nor have they offered to send new goods.
Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company and will of course never return.
