Duane arrived on time, was courteous, efficient and tidy.
He also made sure I understood what was happening.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Harmuns.

Dan attended and found the leak quickly. He exposed and fixed the burst pipe under the concrete floor in the kitchen while causing the least amount of damage possible.

Excellent service from start to finish. Nice people, high quality work. If you are facing a boiler pressure loss due to an underground leak like we did, then these are the guys to call. All the other reviews I read are right - it was found, fixed as sympatheticly to the surrounds as possible (which we were especially grateful for given we'd just laid new floors!) and for a reasonable fixed price. Highly recommend.

I had a water leak under the floor of my hallway and it was not obvious what was causing it. I used Microsoft Co-Pilot to recommend to me the best local service for leak detection in my circumstances, and it was Harmuns. Indeed, the service was great - the engineer arrived promptly, conducted a series of tests to identify the source of the problem and discussed with me the best solution. I would highly recommend Harmuns to others.

We had a new boiler fitted but we were losing lots of pressure. Harmuns helped us detect a really difficult to find leak. We were so amazed with how technical it is to be honest! The whole process was so stressful and we’d only just moved in - but Harmuns consulted us on various other issues and projects whilst they were here. They were an absolute pleasure to have around the house at a stressful time, genuinely lovely people and we can’t recommend them enough.

I had been without heating and hot water for 3 weeks as my heatign contractor promised 3 times to turn up and didn't. Harmuns turned up the next daya as they said they would and found and fixed the leak with minuimum invasiveness and mess. Very friendly people ans I am warm again, can't recommend them more:)

We’d just finished a major extension project on our home, and had to install a new and larger system boiler. Once commissioned, we noticed the boiler was consistently losing pressure, and as a consequence, the boiler eventually stopped working- in the height of winter!! This was an indication of a major leak in the system which needed urgent detection and fixing.

Thankfully our plumber contacted Harmuns Leak Detection and Peter came round to help find the leak. It was one of the most challenging leaks to find, and took two visits to find, but Peter was determined.

I particularly appreciate the fact that Peter was not only tenacious about finding the leak, but also very careful not to cause any damage to the property whilst doing so. He didn’t drill through walls or open up floorboards at all! Their leak detection device was fed through the side of a radiator pipe under the floor to search for the leak

He eventually found the leak and it was in a brand new section of the house with new and expensive tiles. My biggest fear was having to rip out and replace the tiles, and possibly ending up with some kind of mismatch! But Peter thought outside the box and found a way to access and fix the leak from the exterior of the house, without ripping up the tile flooring!!

What I love the most about their service is their ‘no leak no fee’ terms. Although if you have a leak, you really want to find it, and you really want to hire Harmuns Leak Detection!

Had a drop in pressure in my heating system but the pipe work is in screed floor so done some research and called Heatsense to find leak.Glad I did as from the first phone call put me some what at ease
The engineer who turned up was very knowledgeable and done heat and gas tests and found a leak in my lounge and carefully exposed the burst pipe in the hard concrete floor and repaired it.

We have tried for 4 months to locate the cause of the damp patch with many different 'experts' telling us different things. David in the office was so helpful and arranged for the leak detection engineer, Peter, to phone me and advise me. Peter arrived today at 9am promptly and had found the small, slow leak within an hour. His work was careful, neat and the repair perfect. I would recommend Heatsense wholeheartedly. Very professional, excellent value and such helpful people.

From the first phone call to the last and throughout the entire visit the level of customer service was excellent. It was a relief to have a technician with so much experience and expertise attend the house to find our mysterious leak. Will definitely call-on again if and when we experience any more problems.
