I had a leak with my gas boiler, and Heatsafe came out within a day and fitted a new boiler after making sure they knew exactly what I needed. I have used the company for a number of years to service the boiler and have always been impressed with their professional, friendly approach.

Heatsafe Heating provided a new combi boiler at a great price and with a very quick supply and fit service, less than a week. The installers were really friendly, left no mess and explained everything as they went through the process. They are a great local firm who I would recommend to anyone looking for central heating supply, install and service.

After being let down not once but twice by a so called reliable heating engineer I decided to contact heatsafe, Best thing I did the service was excellent Graeme came out to inspect what was involved and explained everything to me. I received my quotes and decided to go ahead with the work, two and a half days later and my new heating was up and running great service i would recommend them

Graeme Dougie and Lee showed up on time and fitted my new boiler in less than a day, they tidied up after they were finished. There were a few niggles due to my flat which they found solutions for and fixed. Would definitely use again to service the boiler and would recommend - 5 stars

From initial consultation to completion of new installation was both painless and super quick experience. Graeme a pleasure to deal with and job completed in a timely manner with zero fuss. Graeme and Lee fitted new boiler and left area spotless clean and all certification followed by email same day. I’m unable to fault and would happily recommend to friends and family.

Really pleased with the service we received from this company. Graeme came out and priced up the job quickly with a quote received within a couple of days. Requoted quickly when we changed our mind to copper. Full central heating and boiler installation, guys arrived on time and job was finished within the estimated time.

After 4 weeks of having no hot water or heating and an extremely bad experience with Scottish Gas my new boiler was fitted today by Heat safe I can not recommend them enough. Their service was professional,friendly, efficient and all done within 6 hours with minimum disruption and at a fraction of the quote offered by Scottish Gas.
If you are ever in need of a new boiler or any heating work needing done please check Heat safe out first they are excellent.

Brilliant service - provided impartial advice about new gas boilers, phone call on Wednesday resulted in installation on Friday. I wasn't expecting that! Graeme and Liam arrived punctually and worked all day to complete the installation with no mess or hassle whatsoever. Would definitely recommend Heatsave.

Used Heatsafe to install a new Navien boiler. Brilliant service, ensured all radiators were bled and checked, cleaned up and took away any packaging and old equipment. They do my regular boiler service as well and are first class and reasonable.

The two gentlemen who installed my boiler were superb. They were always super friendly, professional and always kept me informed during the entire process which was done super fast and everything was left very tidy. Very highly recommended.

After my home emergency engineer deemed by boiler irreparable, I searched online for a local company to install a new boiler. I completed the online tool and received a quote within minutes. I followed up with a phone call to Graeme shortly after and he was able to come out the same day to complete a survey. Rather than upsell, he recommended a slightly cheaper boiler than the one I selected but provided 2 quotes for me to consider. Install was completed a few days later, communication was great and he arrived at the agreed time and left no mess at the end of the job
