I love my new apartment!
I brought an investment property two years ago off-plan from Heaton Group two years ago. I received the keys last weekend and the build is great. My property has appreciated by over 25% during the build process.

Great experience!
I bought a property with the Heaton Group. It was my first investment property so was a bit nervy. A friend recommended them to me as a good company to work with. They were very helpful from start to finish. My apartment is now rented out with a good rental income. The Heaton group are managing the tenant which is great as I live far away.

Brilliant service
I've bought two properties from the Heaton Group and I'm delighted with the service. I first bought an apartment with the company back in 2020 in Bishopgate Gardens. This apartment is manged by them and the rental yield is good and it has been hassle free. I also bought another property from them at The Exchange, this is a 2 bed apartment which is due to complete. I went to see the apartment yesterday and the view from it is incredible. My advisor Rob has been very helpful. A big thank you.

Buying an investment directly from the…
Buying an investment directly from the Heaton Goup was a straight forward and pleasant experience. In particular my advisor Maxine Mitchell who's honest and transparent approach really me won me over and was a deciding factor in my decision to purchase.
