I wasn't the easiest customer!
I had a mystery problem that might be the radiators, pump, boiler. Jake was very patient as we had to alternate between he and an insurance company as some of my system was under a warranty. To cut a long story short he spent all day on a Magna clean, came back and checked and then came back again when I was fretting over hot water - but it was just my lack of patience. Good to chat to. Only spanner in the works is the admin system that liaises with the customer. This doesn't represent him well or match his ethos for good customer service. However the 5 stars are warranted for the outcome. Would use again.

Great service, always helpful by explaining the process done to service the boiler.

Jake is understanding, knowledgeable & a good worker. He is a pleasure to have around. Everything is explained perfectly & before he leaves he always checks that all is ok .

Jake is very nice and patient to answer my questions about the boiler maintenance.

Jake is a good timekeeper, polite and friendly. He clearly explained the problem with the gas boiler and returned in a couple of days to mend the boiler. He could easily have told me I needed a new boiler and overcharged me but he mended it using economically priced parts and solved the problem. A friend who was here commented on his approach and intends to call him when she needs her boiler serviced. I shall do so too. I heartily recommend him. He’s lovely.
