Brilliant company! We needed an urgent new boiler installed due to a gas problem. They were amazing, quick, efficient and professional. The nicest bunch of engineers and electricians you could want for a few days in your house. Great to support our local businesses too. Highly recommend.

I moved into my new apartment in October 2023, and it has now been over a year without receiving the annual statements. Despite multiple follow-ups, the responses I receive are either that the statements will arrive next month or that no specific timeline can be provided.

This situation is frustrating, especially considering your website claims that 'Advances, annual statements, and invoices are always correct.' I would appreciate clearer communication and a resolution to this issue.

My son recommended this local company as they do the annual Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate and servicing on his rental property for him. Despite the busy Festive Season, when I left a message on their answering machine, I was phoned back very quickly. A very friendly helpful gas engineer was at the my house and sorted out the problem with my boiler within two hours. I had expected to need an expensive new internal expansion vessel (spare part) for my boiler but the problem was fully resolved and with everything working perfectly again at a very reasonable cost. He also explained the cause to me. I don't normally do reviews but wanted to say 'thank you' to this excellent local company.

We have used HMS for all our heating and air con requirements since we moved to Malvern eight years ago and whichever member of the team has visited us they are always knowledgable and friendly.

Today they excelled themselves by responding to our panicked call for help as we had a burst pipe and within hours of placing the call had visited and calmly traced and repaired the burst. They really understand how stressful this is for their customers and we really appreciate it.

We have just had our boiler replaced by HMS Ltd and would highly recommend them. We received a fast response to our request for a quote and the boiler was replaced by a friendly and very efficient team of engineers. Great service from a great team, including the office staff and all the engineers.

HMS found and fixed a hard to find issue involving underfloor pipework which may have been there for decades and several previous owners of the house! Add in the power flush and we're all set for winter. Thanks for the professional and polite service.

HMS are fantastic. They supplied a new Worcester Bosch boiler for us. Lee and Morgan installed it and they were very polite, professional and friendly. Left no mess and were all done in less than a day. Highly recommended!

Having struggled to get previous contacts to visit and fix our Air Source Heat Pump, HMS were efficient, responsive and sorted the problem, their communication was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, both Andy and Tony were great, thanks guys!

HMS have been fantastic. They fitted us in promptly to have air conditioning installed in our bridal shop in Malvern as we were desperate due to the heat we lost appointments and they came to the rescue! A professional service was provided from quoting through to installation. Communication was on key. Tony was prompt and efficient and did it all in a days work. We are so pleased with the service and grateful we now have a cool shop. Will definitely recommend and want to use their services again for air con installation at home - I’ve already requested a quote!

We had great service from Christian at HMS Electrical. He fitted new lights in the garden and also under cupboard lights in the Kitchen. He did a nice neat job and everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

HMS completely re-piped our entire home, new radiators in every room and fitted a brand new boiler. Service was extremely professional and I would highly recommend them.

HMS have provided a number of services. Their electrical team installed new garden and outdoor lighting for us which is perfect to light up our steps down the garden. They also installed an Aircon unit in one of our rooms and we're already feeling the benefit of that. An expert team who are really professional, neat and tidy.

Hms fitted us a new boiler and did a fantastic job. The fitters Gary and joe were great very polite and no mess made.
