STAY WELL CLEAR

STAY WELL CLEAR! my holiday got cancelled. I informed them within time and even shared a snipping of their own policy started online and they still refused to refund me or even agree to a credit note so we could use when we are allowed to travel. They have ignored my request for a credit note and not acknowledged my email at all. Take me 156 times of ringing them to eventually get through to be told to send an email which I did that was then ignored. If I could give them zero starts, I would! NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN!

Terrible meet and greet service

I thought I was booking with the official Heathrow meeting and greet service (which is excellent by the way). These folks are absolutely terrible. We had to wait an hour for my car to be delivered back to the terminal. The whole point of meet and greet is it is quick an efficient. These folks aren't. AVOID!
